Had to give my order 6 times for them to understand. There was no teamwork. Two of them made the same order twice when I only asked for one. The employees were stupid. Never coming here again.

We visited locations last night and paid 7.89 for a small cup of ice cream with brownie, health, Carmel and fudge. Went back today and ordered the same thing and was charged 8.54. By Bhargav P. He did not care when we brought the difference to his attention. He charges 1.00! even for fudge topping which is ridiculous. Will not patronize this business again because of the poor customer service.

The sales associate was not wearing a mask or gloves. He also was managing the cash register and serving ice cream which is unsanitary.
My favorite ice cream joint. The toppings are a dollar tho so keep that in mind if you like to mix in a bunch. The tall guy there will hook you up tho and is not stingy with the ice cream.
Terrible customer service skills! The one young lady serving me and my daughter did not have take my order correctly and told me what I wanted lol! Who does that?! Sad that this is the closest one to me. I won’t be coming here again.
