The world’s most bland lo mein. Literally not one ounce of flavor. Oily noodles and dry flavorless beef. And the gyoza were tasty (not made in house) but an order is only 4 dumplings for $7. Jokes on me for not paying attention to that part.

thank you for the amazing food.

I love this place! I've probably ordered delivery from here at least 5 times over the past month. The bamboo flounder fish is definitely my favorite! The toothpick lamb is so flavorful and tender and fun to eat! The fish with hot pepper scared me at first...I'm no stranger to Szechuan food but this had a different type of burn I've never experienced before.. After eating it for a few minutes I decided I really liked it and the leftovers were excellent heated up! The spicy wontons and scallion pancakes are also excellent! Only dish I wasn't too crazy about was the fish in red chili oil as the fish was a bit mushy. Otherwise I spend way too much money on delivery here for a reason!

I found this restaurant nearby on Google with good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Honestly, it might be the worst takeout I’ve ever had. The place was very clean and the cashier was also nice. But the food was really bad and overpriced. The fish had no flavor, only oil. I tried to add some salt to rescue. Meanwhile, the jelly noodles were soo salty and thick that we immediately threw it away. The only thing we could eat was the toothpick lamb, which was not good at all. Lamb was not fresh and cost $20 for such a small portion. As a Chinese I must say their food is not authentic, even my American husband doesn’t like it. $50 wasted, would never come back

The mooshoo pork is amazing! I would highly recommend that and the pork dumplings. The lo mein is a solid choice, but could use a bit more flavor. Very fresh and deep flavors in all dishes. One of the best Chinese experiences I’ve had in a long while. The price reflects the quality but isn’t terribly expensive.

Probably the most authentic Szechuan food I've had. This includes places in New York and Philadelphia. The owner is super friendly and offers great service. If you want a TRUE taste of Szechuan, China, you MUST try this place.

I love chuan cafe! We love Asian food at chuan is the best I’ve had in Raleigh. The storm fish and dry fry broccoli are AMAZING. Also, the quality when ordering delivery is always consistent.

Food here is pretty good and authentic szechuan food. A few issues I have however is that the scallion pancakes were tiny and had hardly any scallions in them , and some of the prices are a tad on the high side.Definitely will come back again.

As a Chinese i can say that it's Pretty authentic, also fast. We ordered chili fish, I always Order this at sichuan restaurants. Fish ho fen is also up to my expectation!
