First time customer! I have food Allergies and have to be Careful with certain dressings. Kandace listened to exactly what I wanted! Excellent service. 5 star plus.
First time visiting this location and the salad was great. The space was very clean and full of natural light. Ryan was very kind to me and provided excellent service with a positive and upbeat attitude. I am happy to have found a quick option for a health lunch and I look forward to my next visit.
April and the crew at Chopt are awesome! They have the best salad in town (my favorite is the Classic Cobb). The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend that you check them out!
This is my second time going to Chopt. I got the Mexican Caesar Salad with chicken. It was absolutely delicious! I love salads and this location was very clean and organized. The employees, Kandace and Kindra, were very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!
Avocado in my $12 salad. I have given this locations multiple chances and the salads aren’t ever fresh. If you want a good Chopt salad go to the Cameron Village location. So gross
My mom and I come to this Chopt regularly, and we always enjoy our salads. The ingredients are fresh, and there is a great selection of toppings. Today, our salads were especially good. Kandace provided excellent customer service and made delicious salads! We look forward to next time!
Went for my first time and got the Harvest Bowl which was amazing. Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. It was well worth the money spent and the atmosphere was super clean and inviting. The customer service was fast and friendly. Would definitely go again.
Not impressed with selection of salad items-very limited. I had rather have a side salad from anywhere instead. I like having different flavors bursting with every bite. All items are finely chopped together so every bite is the same. Some people may like this but it isn't for me. Restaurant was very clean. The employees aren't rude but not friendly either.
We went to the Falls of Neuse branch of this restaurant for the first time and wasn’t impressed.The woman waiting on us gave is the impression we had interrupted her. She was snotty and short. I ordered the Classic Cobb salad and was really surprised at the portions. Tons of lettuce, but the chicken, egg, and avocado were practically nonexistent. The dressing was the Steakhouse Bleu Cheese which was not that flavorful.My partner had to ask twice for avocado and was assured rather bruskly that she had added it.For the amount we were charged we could definitely had a nicer salad in a fancier sit-down restaurant. Poor service, overpriced, and way too much lettuce with nothing really in it. We won’t be back.
We went to Chopt for the first time this morning and was not impressed. The person that waited on us was acting like we were interrupting her. She was snotty and frankly rude. I had the Classic Cobb and it was ok. I wasn’t too impressed and frankly was surprised. The lettuce was the biggest percentage of the salad. The bleu chesse portion was ok, but the avocado and egg were almost none existent. For the price you’re paying for the salad, I was eggs and avocado. My partner had to ask her twice for avocado. Again almost nonexistent. For the price you pay, you can sit down at a nice restaurant and have a better salad. It’s basically high priced kitschy with poor customer service.
