Today I ate at the local salad curatory known as Chopt. Between the jovial faces of farmers on the wall, the quintessential made-for-service-industry reggae mix, and fresh complimentary bread that I regrettably, yet regularly, opt out of, you really get a comfortably hip-adjacent vibe. The kind of place that feels right-at-home in Cameron Village. The food... far exceeds the type of quality you would expect from a place that so explicitly seems like a chain, aesthetically. Their “destination” salads are culture-friendly and culture-forward. The staff... wonderful. They toss your salad (lol) like pros; unabashedly and with conviction. When I ask for “medium” dressing, it is an arbitrary unit of measurement... yet I get exactly what I want.My only complaint: I believe their water is not sourced locally like their mantra entails. It couldn’t be? How could local water become so bad so fast? Room temp at best. Not warm enough to bathe in, not cool enough to refresh. The hints of lemon and cucumber only accentuate what is already a bad thing.4/5

Salads get a boost here. My wife really likes the dressings, and even the chicken tenders we got for our little one were very well made. We placed our order for pick up.

The food was outstanding. I love a good salad and Chopt delivers. The Falafel Cobb was delicious, portion size is more than ample. I definitely plan to return.

I love the salads here. I always feel good and full after eating here. Everything is fresh and the service is excellent. Every time come in Rene is always making sure everything is top notch. (I asked her what her name was) She has good meal recommendations too.

First time visiting this location. Actually ordered online, came to pick up and went to the park to eat my salad. The order was made just ahead of time, the location was very clean and nice, 10/10! The salad was DELICIOUS, I’ll be a regular ?

Mexican Caesar salad is the best ever. Love how their source local produce and meat - everything is fresh except the tea tasted bitter.. but other than that, I love my experience

I love Chopt in New York so I tend to talk this company up. I would have been embarrassed if I brought a firsttimer with me today. The resteraunt was dirty, they were missing several toppings, and they gave tiny portions of each topping. I basically paid 20 dollars for unseasoned chicken, bland falafel, nonripe avocado, and lettuce. An employee and manager asked how my salad was and I was honest that it was disappointing. This ended the conversation with the employee. The manager made excuses about the supply chain. Customer service was worse than most delis and easily worse than any other Chopt location.I honestly regret that I didn't go to the crowded resteraunt next door. I drove 40 minutes to this because I used to be a huge fan of Chopt as a company. I cannot recommend this resteraunt in good faith.

I've always been a big fan of salad bar places and the options at Chopt are great. However the most recent time I ordered a warm grains bowl the rice was either totally dried out or not cooked. I mean hard as a rock. Made the entire bowl inedible and this has happened to me before. A little too pricey to have this kind of repeated issue.

The staff here are exceptional! Specifically Rosie and Emily, they were incredibly helpful and welcoming to me. My salad was delicious, definitely returning to this spot!

yeah so this place is nice and all but for the two times that I’ve been my orders are wrong …#1 it was busy so I could understand you forgetting that I asked for corn but last night I went back it was dead empty . I ordered a chicken tinga ! Added corn! but no chicken…. It’s a lil ridiculous and now I’ll think twice on coming here . Sorry
