Best Chinese food I have had since being in Raleigh. Packaged perfectly. Right amount of sodium. Fantastic experience.
We love getting food from here. The pricing is excellent, portions are good, and the food is tasty.
Very good food and very good customer service. Finally found China Won after trying a bunch of others and we’re willing to drive almost 25 minutes to get there. We’ve gotten takeout here several times and it’s consistently very, very good. We ordered take tonight and one of the items on our take out order was wrong. The owner made it right at our convenience. So glad we found this place.
I have ordered Vegetable Lo mein twice from this place. The first time was great. This time.....It wasn't. I thought that Vegetable Lo mein had more than 6 pieces of broccoli, 3 snow peas and 4 mushrooms. DEFINITELY got a lot of noodles though!!! Not worth $11.41.If you want really good Vegetable Lo mein, WITH Actual Vegetables in it, Go To Jin Jin China.
Great little take out spot! They are fast and foods always good. I get take out from here all the time!
Have always enjoyed the food I've gotten over the last 5 years. Good General Tso's, lo mein, wontons, etc. Never had an issue with service.
Their food is always made to order and fresh. I love their chicken wings! Recently I've been ordering on the diet menu and that has been delicious too. One of my favorites is Singapore chow mei fun too.
I been here almost 5 years, Sometimes I was wait a little longer on weekends. Because they're busy.Busy means that many people like to eating here because they have good food.So it's worth the wait. I love Kung pao Chicken and general Tao’s chicken ! These are my favorites!
RULE OF THOM FOR CHINA WON:20 minutes or more pickup time means they're busy and assume it's at least twice that long! This is a pretty good restaurant for Chinese food, however I honestly have had few bad experiences at any Chinese restaurant. This place is close to us and convenient. The reason for reduced stars is that I hate walking around Harris Teeter when I don't need anything AND...on occasion when they are busy they are not honest with their pickup times. When I say not honest I mean WILDLY. They are either overestimating their ability to prepare an order or are purposely low balling the pickup time so people won't feel it is too long.I personally on several occasions have ordered on various nights of the week, not just weekends, and was given a pickup time of around a half hour only to find when I arrive a half dozen or more people waiting for orders and my order not ready yet. Their usual non busy pickup time that they give is 10 to 15 minutes. I have found that if you get a pickup time of 20 minutes or more that it is definitely going to be double that or longer. On my last two visits I was given a half hour, which was an indicator that they were busy, and each time I waited an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for my order to be completed. Other people waiting have identical wait times. When you arrive they try to assure you that it'll just be another 10 minutes, which it usually never is, and they have you pay for it upfront, which is probably a mistake because then you're locked in for the undefined time that they truly decide upon giving you your order. If they were just honest with their pickup times I know it might deter some people, but I wouldn't mind coming to pick it up in an hour. The problem is having to wait for a half hour after being told a half hour is not kind at all. I personally feel by watching them when there that they obviously don't want to lose the clientele but are unable to keep up with the larger number of orders on busy nights. Perhaps if people walked out on such exaggerated time frame it might provide them with an opportunity for growth and change to their business practices. So that is why I offer this tidbit of advice. If you are ever given a pickup time of 20 minutes or more definitely assume it's going to be double that or longer. Besides they already have your phone number to call you if you're taking too long but at least you don't have to stand around in a small lobby with about a dozen other people inside and out. Especially important with certain health concerns we have in society right now.
We ordered take out in the building and she told us 10 minutes, but it took probably twenty. The sesame chicken and white rice were good, but nothing outstanding to make me come back. The egg roll and pork wontons were good, but not the best I’ve had. The orange beef was better than Jin Jin China, but the pork fried rice wasn’t.
