Excellent, I've been going here since they were open. Fantastic, authentic and reasonable prices. They have the best pork fried rice. You can actually get pork fried rice and egg-roll with a combo. And love the seafood entrees.
First time at this location. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The portion size was good for the price.The service for ordering and receiving the food was fast.I will come back for sure
Do not eat here! Ordered chicken and mixed vegetables… I took a couple bites. Some bites were fine and some tasted like body odor. Seriously! I took my food back and asked for a refund. The cashier was extremely rude, yelled at me and said he would refund me for only one entree and didn’t even refund me for the full amount of one entree. There is a reason this place has such a poor rating. The customer service is just as bad as the food.
The individuals that run this establishment have never heard of the term “Customer Service”. I came in and ordered three egg rolls. After taking a quick 10 minute walk, I returned to discover they forgot my order.Not to mention, both my receipt and food were tossed on the counter, not handed to me in a respectful manner. At one point, I eyeball an individual eating a banana before commencing to cook another patron’s food. To tie it all together, one of the workers shoots me a look of disgust after I remind her she forgot my hot mustard.In conclusion, my brief experience here was so poor I had to immediately write a review instead of heading home to ny family. First time and last time. Never again.
If this is the one on Duraleigh Rd I will Never Patronize here again! I work at a hotel in Raleigh and will also deter Anyone attempting to Patronize this establishment while in the hotel. The lady taking orders is Consistently rude on top of being barely Understandable. This time after taking my order and asking how much top on the card as usual, I replied, "1.00 " Only because I had cash for the driver also. I am a very generous tipper. She then replied, "Only 1.00?" I immediately canceled my order and refuse to Ever purchase again. This isn't the first time either. We should stop Patronizing these "Establishments" which are Disrespectful and Rude Only because they know they have a Specific Product and sell to Everyone but their Own.
Wow! Reading the bad reviews is mind-blowing. I've ordered from them since moving nearby in 2016 and the food, delivery service and delivery person(s) have all been great. I will say that the lady who answers the phone seems to be on a constant time constraint and she does tend to rush you when you're speaking but I've ordered in person many times as well and they've always been decent to me.
It’s an ok place nothing fancy your neighborhood Chinese place thats a simple mom and pop joint. Plus they like one of the limited places open on any given holidays through out the year. Can’t really complain and again this is Chinese American food to please a southern crowd so do not expect authentic Chinese food. Chicken low menu and some shrimp roll is what I usually stick to or their chicken broccoli with fried rice. The fried is not fried rice but more of some yellow uncle bens rice a heads up or order white rice. Overall it’s an ok place where I go for my chicken low mein.
Just rude cussing at the customers on the phone and in person .. I was waiting in pure astonishment. …. If you rude to the customers and run them away how your business gone thrives… will never come back !!!

Do not eat here! you’ll be wasting your money if you do. This has to be one of the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. Me and my daughter both order Chow Fun noodles, and what we got was a bowl of mush, words can’t explain how bad it was. I took one look at our food and just wanted to cry because we wasted our money and the food was uneatable.There is just no excuse for serving food like this.
