Guys make your own decision based on my first experience.Ordered general tso lunch special.Order took 20 mins with no one else in lobby and phone was silent.Received my food which contained fried corn starch with about 4 pieces of actual chicken. Also got yellow steamed rice with onions. Then menu states that pork fried rice and egg roll comes with meal.Kid behind the counter was cool but I dont think he cared about anything, don't blame him.

Food is always good and plentiful..not the friendliest but the food supercedes that ?

Don’t listen to the average reviews on this place we decided to take a chance on them and they are amazing. Best Chinese in NC!!!

WARNING: TAKE YOUR $$ ELSEWHEREKung Pao chicken was either inauthentic or completely different dish. What I received was heavily breaded chicken (tore the breading off, and never did find any chicken meat btw) with brown sauce, 6 different vegetables, NO dried red peppers, and NO peanuts. Seriously, what Kung Pao recipe have you heard of that includes celery, carrots, zucchini, green peppers, mushrooms, and baby corn? The beef with garlic sauce was gross!! Meat doesn't have taste or texture of beef (what the heck is it?). The broccoli in the dish was black, slimy, and rotten. Also, the shrimp toast was burnt and so greasy, if you squeezed it slightly, it was dripping with grease. I attempted to call and kindly let them know the issue with the Kung Pao chicken (this was before I tasted anything though) and the lady told me I should Google the recipe. Only thing she offered was 1 menu item for half price. Haha, no thanks! I did Google the recipe though and decided to post it here so that China Fu can get it right:INGREDIENTSTO ROAST THE PEANUTS:▢1 teaspoon vegetable oil▢1 cup raw peanuts (shelled, with or without the skin)▢Can also substitute roasted shelled peanuts and skip this step!TO MARINATE THE CHICKEN:▢12 oz. 340g chicken breast, cut into 3/4” cubes▢1 teaspoon vegetable oil▢1 teaspoon cornstarch▢1 teaspoon shaoxing wine▢1/8 teaspoon salt▢a pinch of ground white pepperTO PREPARE THE SAUCE:▢1 tablespoon light soy sauce▢1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce▢1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar▢1 teaspoon sugar▢3 tablespoons water▢1 teaspoon cornstarchTHE REST OF YOUR INGREDIENTS:▢3 tablespoons oil▢3 cloves garlic , smashed and sliced▢2 thin slices ginger , minced▢2 dried red chilies , deseeded and chopped (these can be quite spicy, so adjust according to your own tastes)▢1/2 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorn powder▢6 scallions , white portions only, cut into 3/4” piecesINSTRUCTIONSHeat a teaspoon of oil in a wok over medium heat and add a cup of raw shelled peanuts. Stir constantly (or they’ll burn) for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir for another minute using the residual heat in the wok. Set aside to cool. They will turn crunchy once they’re cooled completely. You can also skip this step and use already roasted shelled peanuts.Marinate the chicken. Mix together the chicken with all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 20 minutes.Prepare the sauce. Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok over high heat. Sear the chicken, remove from the wok to a bowl, and set aside.Turn the heat to low and add another tablespoon oil. Add the garlic, ginger, chilies, Sichuan peppercorn powder, and scallions. Cook for a minute or two until fragrant.Add the chicken back to the pan and turn up the heat to high. Stir-fry for a minute and then use your finger to stir up your prepared sauce (the cornstarch will have settled to the bottom, so make sure it’s well incorporated). Add the sauce to the wok and stir-fry for another minute. The sauce should thicken very quickly. Finally, add the peanuts. Give everything a final stir and serve.

Food is fresh and I like it, will return. Thank you.

This was some of the worst tasting Chinese food I have every had. We had 5 different dishes, and they use the same vegetable blend in every single thing. The spicy chicken was not spicy in the least, unless you consider ketchup spicy. It was even a weird bright red color and very unappealing all around. Will never go back.

I ordered over the phone and advised no onions and when I got to the location the young man told me I did not tell him that. Excuse me, he than said ok, ok… Knowing that I did mention this instead of apologizing for his error. When we got home there was a long piece of black her in my husbands food. Disgusting, unprofessional and lack of customer service. I do not recommend this place a 10$ meal wasted.

I used to love China Fu. I hear they have new owners now. Been so bad since 2019. I decided to try again two years later. Was even worse! Food is absolutely AWEFUL and the egg rolls were rancid! Do not go to this place! They don't know how to cook or portion their food! Food poisoning I give them a 5 star!!!

I’m sorry for what I’m about to say but you guys Need to improve customer service you can’t talk to people anger

Absolutely terrible service! The young immature "know-it-all" at the front counter has obviously never had another job. He repeated my order back to me over the phone and told me how long it would be. It took twice as long and when I got back home the order was still wrong and when I called back he said they didn't have the item I ordered available as a combo even though he repeated the word "combo" back to me when I ordered it! Then he would not make it right and had a smart mouth with me on the phone. I will never return to this restaurant. Not to mention it was filthy and they weren't wearing masks!
