So many choices on the menu from this great American restaurant! My kids and I share the fajitas. The chips and salsa are excellent. There is definitely a little bit of everything for anyone on the menu. We like the atmosphere as well. Super friendly employees and service.Enjoy!!!
Despite there being a 30 minute wait the experience was great! The server/bartender was Amazing. The service was quick. The server recommended a new blackberry lemonade...so good! The food was delicious!
You all know what happens when Ol’ Ben Sessoms comes into town. He’s a bloodhound for Chili’s. He even has adopted the moniker “professional chiller” to describe himself and other Chili’s superfans. They wear shirts to identify themselves (gets confusing at target!!). He even joked about stealing my place since I’m only a half mile from Chili’s, which he describes as the terminal chill zone. Food was fine, but it’s definitely a plus getting to be here with a menu expert like Ben. Recommended!
Staff shortage on today when my husband and I went in for lunch but you didn’t know it because our waitress Shell handled the entire dining room superbly!!! Excellent service!!
I never write reviews but this place gave me the most horrible takeout experience!!! I found a large piece of PARCHMENT PAPER melted in with the cheese ON MY BURGER!! Not only that, but I was given Freezing cold queso (after I pointed out to them that they neglected to give me any queso per my order) and I was also missing a side order of fries (and the ones I did ultimately receive were cold and stale). Also the loaded baked potato soup was super watery and the worst I have ever had. I’m not sure what is going on at this location but this was absolutely unacceptable and I will definitely not be returning! Don’t waste your money on this place.
Never EVER ever ever ever coming to this Chili’s ever again. Horrible service. Apparently no staff. And manager isn’t helpful in facilitating workflow. BAR LOUIE is the next door over and luckily there are other restaurants near by that are ready to seat you.
Margarita chicken. Ordered Curbside To-Go. If you order curbside, don’t bother telling them you’re there etc. Just walk in and grab your food on the shelf if you already paid of course. If you don’t, you WILL be waiting for awhile and you’re food will be cold. I’ve given this establishment sooo many chances as you can see and they always seem to disappoint. But RAW CHICKEN, IN THE FRONT of my plate at that! I didn’t move this chicken, only the corn on the cob. Tried calling management, was on hold for 15 mins. So I HAD to drive back up there in 25 degree weather to get them to see what they did so they are not serving others raw food. The 2 stars is because the team lead did offer a $10 gift card but I just felt like they could’ve done more. It’s just unacceptable. This was a Saturday night around 7:30pm and it was ONLY about 4 customers eating in..crazy..They HAVE TO DO BETTER. I AM SO DONE!
I ordered curbside and checked in TWICE. Sat there for 30min with no food ever brought out. I called to speak with the manager and was told they didn't get it in their system. I spoke with Brad (?) the manager, and be did say they submitted a refund, however, no other recourse was offered. Not even the option to bring me my food after waiting 20min to get there to pick it up and then another 30 just waiting. Never ordering from here again since y'all just letting folks go hungry and turning down money.
Warning!! Only reason I gave this place two stars is because the tea was sweet & waitress was decent, however, she grabbed lemons with her bare hands for drinks. The wait was a lil long. Fajitas came out warm, not sizzling like Fajitas should be served. Brisket quesadilla was not fresh at all! You want good food, do not come here!
The website said my order will be brought out curbside shortly.It was 15 minutes and my food was just standing on a shelf the whole time. I didn't realize the order I could see through the window was mine. Everything was cold by the time I got home.Really bad take out experience, you probably won't be getting any curbside service here. Don't trust the website or app just go in and wait by the pick up line with no cleaning around the pick up area.I would know since I have been here for a while and see people rummaging around bags that aren't theirs
