Tonight I chose this place to celebrate my birthday. We called a couple days ahead so they would be prepared for a large crowd. Once we got there the restaurant had only 2 tables in use. They refused to take our party because they didnt have enough staff. This restaurant is poorly managed. The one and only waiter wanted to get us seated and started on our orders but the manager wanted to make half our party wait while the other half was seated and took their orders. Remember the restaurant is empty!!!!! Dont waste your time with this restaurant. Right before we left they made a party of two wait to be seated in a empty restaurant. We took our almost 500 dollar bill to the Olive Garden. Not sure how long this restaurant will last refusing to make money.

Service slow but very nice staff. Food and drinks were great. Kitchen may need more help? Not sure what the hold up was, restaurant didn't have a wait or even all tables filled. Plenty of parking for curbside pick-up

My wife and I were totally blown away when we ate here the other night. No joke some of the best food we have had in a long while. And don't get me wrong, we have always liked Chili's - but we wouldn't normally expect to get food there that tastes better than certain 5-star restaurants we have been to in the recent past. That's exactly what happened though the other night, and I think it's probably because this restaurant location has some really talented and special staff.Incredible chef, servers, and environment. We will be back again very soon!

Due to a staff shortage, my cousin waited to be seated for about 15 minutes without a staff in sight. Finally we took if upon ourselves to pickup to pick up some menus and sear ourselves. Finally there were several staff members present, but no assistance was offered to us until I asked if anyone was going to take our order. After that everything was fine, the services was friendly and accommodating, the food was delivered quickly, it was hot and flavored very well.

Ordered curbside and our order was incorrect. Our burgers were very pink and we ordered well. We also were charged for street corn that we didn't get. Check your orders carefully before you go! I prefer the wake forest location so I won't be back to this one.

During a recent visit to Raleigh, my wife and I visited the Chili's at Triangle Town Center (3411 Sumner Blvd) on two occasions. As in the case of many restaurants, they were short staffed. Both visits took a while before we were acknowledged. However, once we were seated, the service was good. Staying at the hotel across the parking lot made it convenient, but I am not sure if I would drive out of the way to go here.

I have been going to Chili's for many years in Virginia, Texas and North Carolina, (specifically, Raleigh). Most likely because of the pandemic (and being short-staffed, I assume), dine-in food service was very slow. It seemed to take 20 to 25 minutes to receive our food (hamburger and fries). We were not updated by the server on the status of our order. I had to ask at least once what the status was. Fries were delivered later and separately from the hamburger, but once received they were fresh and hot. I feel Chili's overall has gone downhill in the last few years, which is a disappointment as I used to enjoy going there.

Waited for 45 minutes in the bar at a table. When we placed our names on the waiting list, we were told the wait would be 45 minutes. The bar tender walked by us several times (to serve another table) and never once even asked if we wanted an appetizer or something to drink. We offered to just eat at the table we were already sitting in at the bar. The hostess went and asked the bar tender if that was ok and she vehemently said no she would not take our table. We had a party of 6 but two were little kids. Needless to say we left. Many people came in after us and were served, even at the bar. The servers even took the time to go sing happy birthday to another table, but when we asked could we get served where we were, we were told they were short staffed and would have to continue waiting for a different table. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years. This is definitely one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to for customer service.

Appeared to he 3 employees working totally. Half of the restaurant was vacant. The hostess/bar tender/waitress/table cleaner worked relentlessly but she couldn't keep up with the lunch crowd by herself. The wait times were insane. From waiting to be seated, waiting to order, waiting for beverages, no beverage refills, and food arrival. This lunch outing took almost 2 hours. Many waiting patrons left the lobby after 5-10 minutes of no Chili employee interaction. I will be honest abd say that Management did have a sign posted on the door and inside that they were significantly crew members due to Covid.

Teniah did Awesome!!! She deserves a raise. She did very well with my autistic daughter and disabled wife. She didn't have enough help which I think is ridiculous. 1 waiter for the whole restaurant??? Really
