I know it's hard to get employees right now, but can't we keep a restaurant clean?Go to the left where the to go area is and I bet one of your shoes will fall off because they'll stick to the floor.If the floors were customers can see or this filthy imagine what the kitchen looks like!
Came here with my bf for late Friday night dinner and we had a bit of a wait for our food but our poor waitress was swamped. But she did her very best to give us everything we needed with no attitude she was polite and very tentative to us when we needed her. Our food was delicious but most of all that young lady that was our waitress was the bomb!! Wish I had gotten her name she deserves a raise.
Food, service and staff were great. Would eat here again. Waitress was super. Attentive and engaging. Food came out quickly and tasted fabulous. All four in our group eat everything and split a molten fudge cake. The take out parking spaces were almost full, but the staff had the to go customers in and out. They appear to have a system that works. Seen other competitor franchises not handle the to go orders so well. Located right on the highway. When leaving if you have to cross the road and go to the light to make a u-turn... if traffic is heavy there is a back way out that comes out at the intersection (with a light) through the neighboring businesses parking lots.
I went to Chili's on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh NC and I regretted it. I normally go to Knightdale but thought I would go to this location since I was in the neighborhood. Big mistake. I ordered my meal, told the waitress I was using my rewards , she read the reward and put the order in. My bill came and I let them know I was using my reward, the Manager said he would not enter it because I ordered the wrong appetizer , I said read the reward and you will see I did not. He refuse to read it . The waitress came over I said but you read the coupon and took the order and she said yes but he won't honor it. So he is willing to lose customers just to be right when he was wrong.
On 4/14/2022 My daughter and myself went to have lunch at Chili's and there was only one sever (Justin) he was just the bomb diggity. That young man handle the whole restaurant. My hat goes off to this young man. Great customer service and very professional. Thank you JUSTIN!!!
The staff is great! Had a great time this afternoon! Food was delicious and fast service!
Ordered take out online. Food was great, order was not complete. Rating would be lower had the food not been above average Order of chips and salsa was missing, sauces for another item were missing, cutlery and napkins missing, and no ketchup for fries.
This Chilis use to be the best in the area, but not any longer. I wass charged almost $20 for wings and fries and was given Buffalo bites bone out. I always tip, but my order was completely wrong I ordered bone in wings.I had to wait another 25 minutes for the order and fries were cold. The Manager was so professional and was not concerned about me being satified or getting exactly what I paid for. She could have at least taken off the fries because I was unable to eat them.Normally when there is a mistake that big ; they would take something off. I should have actually gotten a full refund because the wings were not good either.
So normally I love chilis.. Cajun pasta is one of my favorites. I order last night, and ate some of it then and was going to save the rest for lunch. Next day comes around and reheated my food and to my surprise, I see this in my plate .. killed my entire appetite instantly ?? never again
As always great food and great service. Was pretty deserted at lunchtime on a weekday when i was last here though. Great for getting fast service but hopefully it was just the cold rainy weather and not covid keeping folks away. - i would really hate to lose the last decent sit-down dining along glenwood av that hasn't been turned into a dang furniture store over the past 15 years!!?
