I asked specifically for 3 salad dressings and they did not put any in the bag at all. Unfortunately I ordeeed through door dash so chic fil a said they could not do anything about THEIR MISTAKE! I hate when this happens. Now I have to eat a dry salad.
I have always been very angry at Chick-fil-A corporate for their political views. That being said, most restaurants are independently owned and operated by someone who is usually local for many years prior to opening the restaurant.This particular restaurant has an amazing drive thru, which moves quickly, and even has an express lane for mobile orders.My spicy deluxe came in a foil bag which was weird, but did not take anything away from the quality, and was probably due to a supply chain issue. The fries were hot as always, and no surprise, they got my order right.ALSO VERY IMPORTANT as an ex-employee of Chick-fil-A, I can guarantee that not all employees of CFA share corporates' views. Please do not antagonize the workers due to the bigots at the top.Thank y'all for your amazing customer service and I hope you all live long and prosper.
I came in with a client who has special needs and they did everything they could to make things easier for me and her. Simply by helping me bring the food to the table and even refills. They’re all great, great customer service.
I just stopped by for a breakfast sandwich. The food was promptly delivered, hot, fresh and delicious. The customer service was friendly and professional. 10/10 I highly recommend this particular location.
I'm a amazon delivery driver. I came in during one of my routes to get some refreshments on a hot day. All I ordered was a drink. Lol they simply didn't care to give me what I paid for and had it around the counter top. I waited almost 10 minutes for a drink. It's really poor customer service here. I asked for a refund which they did give but who really wanted their $2.68 on a hot day. I actually dropped off packages for them on my job. Lol. It's too bad they didn't feel need to reciprocate good service.
I went inside for the first time in years. Only one person talking orders, but lots of signs saying to have a seat and order using your phone. I went to the person, got my order pretty quick. The sandwich seemed smaller than I remembered, but they did give me lots of waffle fries. No condiments bar, but they did put a ketchup in the bag.
love this place, always come here for lunch. the ladies that come to your table to ask if you need anything…are the sweetest people i’ve ever met. their the only reason why i still come here…obviously the food too!

I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while and decided to go. My mom and I got a Chick-fil-A sandwich and fries. It was so good!!! It was like the chicken was cooked a little crisper than usual. It was the best I've ever had!!! I've always loved Chick-fil-A! Thank's Chick-fil-A!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
