Most Chick Fil A locations are known for the great service and excellent attitude everyone has. That is part of the reason i don’t go to other fast food restaurants, because their employees have a careless attitude, borderline rude.This location reminds me of those fast food places that have employees working with a very poor attitude, the type that almost makes you feel unwelcome. This attitude will surely make think twice about coming here and I’m sure it will others.
The Chick Fil A located in Six Forks Station Shopping Center is nothing less than fabulous! We experienced the best customer service from each employee. The efficiency and affability that they display is unparalleled. We had a last minute catering order and they did it with ease. EPIC Physical Therapy loves you guys!
Typical location with hardly any line at around 4 and the blond woman taking my order noticed my Lindsey Stirling shirt. That was cool for me. I got strips instead of my usual sandwich & they were delicious! Besides the regular famous sandwich the strips are my #2 order. Always with a large diet lemonade & fries. I had also forgotten how good their honey mustard is too - don't sleep on it!
The cashier was struggling to place an order. We had to explain at least twice what we wanted before she got it. But our order was fulfilled quickly and correctly. More importantly, the food was great. While I was eat, I saw our cashier nearly run over another customer taking an order to a table. She was having issues.
Even with the insane drive thru lines, this particular location churns out orders and makes the line go fast. The staff is attentive and kind. I'm not a huge Chick-fil-A person, but when I do get it, I will go out of my way to come to this location.
I use to like this place but no more if you order for pick up they send text team member otw and you go in to wait 20 minutes. Then you get food and guess what it's wrong so go back in again 10 min wait. Been 10 times in last month order was wrong 5 times unacceptable ?. Then offer free sandwich no ty I just want my order right first time.I don't think I will go back needs no stars. I hope they will get it together
Worst chick fil a experience of my life. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for chicken strips. They gave me two free cookies for the inconvenience. I don’t even like cookies. First review I’ve written I think ever. I hate it had to be you chick-fil-a :(
Always my go to for when I'm out and about. Very efficient, friendly, and they have never messed up my order. Keep it up!!
Still hate this location mostly because of the entrance on Forum Dr. and the traffic it creates for close residents like myself trying to get into the shopping center. The traffic is so bad 2-3 times per day, 6 days a week that it often backs up onto Forum Dr and even Sixforks Rd. The entrance into the shopping center isn't wide enough and people cannot drive and be courteous and stay right.The best day is Sunday to do any shopping in the shopping center because they are closed.The food is decent but nothing spectacular. They do have good sweet tea and lemonade.I do not recommend this location also because they still aren't open for dining in. Curious so see how the parking lot will manage when that ever happens ?
Got food at this location tonight. The food had an unusual smell, almost like Chinese food. We didn’t think anything of it, ate the food and have been in the bathroom for the last 2 hours. I don’t know if they just didn’t change the oil or what, but this is very disappointing for Chick-fil-A
