This is the closest Chick-Fil-A to me and is the one I had been going to the most often, but they would regularly forget to add sauces in my bag and the lines are typically longer here than other nearby Chick-Fil-As so I started driving the extra few minutes to avoid the lines.I was already out so I decided to stop at this CFA, because it was on my way home. After reminding them to add the sauces, they forgot them but I know at this point i need to ask again at the window, I got home and found the smallest, thinnest, saddest chicken breast on my sandwich.

I waited 30 minutes for my breakfast when I had an appointment to make that I’m now rushing to get to. Both our coffees tasted so watery and the girl before us also had a hair in her food. Everyone inside seemed like they were all over the place and so unorganized. I love chick fil a but I should not have waited that long for food and I didn’t have time to ask for new coffees because they were un-drinkable. My chick fil a app asked me twice if I received my food because they haven’t heard from me in a while and both times I said no because that’s how long I had to wait.

It's unfortunate this is the closest Chic-fil-a to where I live. Almost without exception deliveries from this location are missing items. The understaffed Wendys down the street has a better record than this location. If you are ordering more than one to two peoples worth of food you are rolling the dice on getting your whole order. The consistency of this over the course of a year tells me this is a management problem. Pay your staff more, train them better.

I think Chick-fil-A is great. I like the food, and the service is better than just about anywhere else. If I have a complaint, it is having to make my order to a person walking around the drive through lines. It might just be me and a few others I have spoken with, but I really dont like this. I wish I could just order at the telecom where I can see the menu! I know the people taking orders sometimes have menus they can let you see, but I just don't like it.

If you haven't eaten here then you definitely should (unless you're opposed to great tasting chicken). It is amazing how quickly they manage the long drive thru lines.

The chicken wasn't cooked enough or something because we couldn't hardly even tear it with our teeth it was so chewy. Also they've raised their prices but didn't reflect it on the menu. Each meal we got was almost $1 more than advertised in the drive-thru.They did let us come back another day to replace the meals without any hassle though, so we appreciated that.

Here lately the drive thru service has been bad , a lot of young employees not really paying attention to the orders. I’ve not once had to go a Chick-fil-A and check my bag before leaving but at this location you better before you get all the way home and you’re always missing your order or have someone else’s. I think management is very out of order compared to other Chick-fil-A. Guess I’ll stick to the one on six forks rd or brier creek sometimes convenience isn’t always great

On March 3, 2022, my daughters and I stopped in at this Chick Fil A for the first time.My daughter ordered a Chicken Biscuit meal. Which of course comes with tater tots, and a drink. However, lady who took my order was rude, snippy and dismissive. She told me that they were out of tater tots and had no substitution. The only substitutions cost extra. I did not address her poor attitude, but I did tell her that typically when a restaurant is out of a side (especially tater tots), they usually offer a substitute at no charge. Basically, I would have to pay for a FULL MEAL price with NO SIDE…unless I pay extra for another side. The two young girls at the window acted as though they wanted to jump through the window to fight me, for having the audacity to even question them. However, the Manager, Sonia was right there with them .Let me add this, I don't know what was going on with these three women yesterday morning, but they were some mad, upset and disrespectful women. Including Sonia (Manager).I told them to keep the food And I simply drove off. I didn’t argue, fuss, nor raise my voice.I then called back to find out the NAME of the Store Manager. Sonia picks up and REFUSES to release that information to me.This information would have taken her 5 seconds to give me.She wanted to confront me. She went on to call me out of my name. She became very Hostile , LOUD , Disrespectful and outright unprofessional..I have it on video which was shared on social media...but Google won't allow me to post.I finally spoke to the Store Manager, Michael today. Hew was very apologetic & professional...as was Jennifer at Corporate. In closing, we have patronized Chick Fil A for years. I’m sorry that I went to this location for the first time yesterday. My favorite Branches are Lake Boone Trail, Brier Creek, and Falls of Neuse. Also, while Sonia was verbally attacking me via phone, I did ask her, Was her treatment of me RACE related. Because I had no other explanation, as to why she was so angry at me…..And what made her feel so COMFORTABLE to say the awful things to me as a Customer….And what made her feel that this was Okay behavior from a Manager…. And why was she ready to risk it ALL.

It's great! And leaves you wanting more. The fastest drive thru I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. Food was hot and the order was correct. Still no indoor seating but the outside experience exceeded my expectations.

Staff was very quick and very friendly
