I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 chicken strip combo with a sprite and a cookie. I get to the window and the clown that took my order didn't ring up the fry and cookie. I clearly stated I wanted a combo with a sprite and a cookie. How do you forget to ring up fries with a combo? Then when I complained they didn't want to give me my missing food. I will not be eating at this chick fila again. Chick fila you may want to hire some competent employees and management.

Just lost a customer for life. If you go in the wrong lane you’re stuck there for 20 minutes. You cannot place an order in the wrong lane. They will not help you out you must drive around the building and wait is what they expect. Lost for life. Yes I hold a grudge and I’m petty

This Chick-fil-A deserves every one of those five stars! This is the first time since 20/20 that I have been in a Chick-fil-A where the experience was completely normal and the dine-in customer was treated great! The play place was open which was a huge perk for my son to enjoy! He was so excited! Also, this may seem small to some, but they were actually playing music in the restaurant! I've found that most Chick-fil-A's aren't playing any music for some reason. Lastly, the restaurant wasn't overrun with employee belongings or boxes of supplies like I've noticed at a number of locations. I'll be driving out of my way to visit this location because of the great experience we had today!

I went through the drive through today with my Grandfather. My Gramps has absolutely lost his marbles and can be hard to deal with on a good day. Despite all this, the young lady in the Drive through was polite, courteous and even gracious while I was ordering and Grandpa was acting like a derelict …I believe the young lady who was so kind was named Savannah. Chick-a-filet seems to keep good people on staff, and just a little bit of kindness can uplift another human being when they need it the most.

Thank you to the gentlemen who made small talk with me while I was waiting for my no salt fries. It took a little longer than usual for the fries, but the other gentlemen literally RAN to my parked vehicle to give me my food because I was waiting a while. And I appreciate the large bowl of fruit, the chick fil a off of Harrison AvE in Cary were very stingy with the fruit. Thanks for the good service at this location ?

My food was great. Their ability to get 20 cars through drive-in in 7 minutes was amazing. A whole courteous professional team operating outside.

Pretty quick experience here. Staff was courteous and did a good job at expediting the drive through line. Order was accurate and delicious. Only negative to this location is that the drive through can back up on the street and cause an issue for those turning off falls of the neuse. You also have to circle the building to exit after going through the drive through line.

Horrible. I have no idea why I keep giving this location another chance, it just keeps getting worse. Every time I go they find some way to talk about me but not to me and mess up my order or don’t take my order at all. Tonight I went to the drive through at aprox 6:15 pm and pulled up in the right lane. The left lane was going by faster as the person in front of me in our lane had a longer order I assume, which is just fine. However, I had already been waiting because of that and once the car in front of me was done the girl proceeds to walk off and talk to someone else about either leaving that post or for the day. She looks right at me then asks for someone else to take my order and they said they couldn’t because they had to change out their IPad. All the while the 2-3 other workers continue to take the orders of the cars in the next lane. Never did they speak to me or communicate to me what was going on the several times they looked right at me so I just drove off. This also happened the last time I was there. The girl in front of me taking orders finished the order of the car in front of me, looked right at me and kept walking and started taking the order of the car behind me! I’m looking around for someone to help me and hearing people that work there continue to talk about me saying “why isn’t she moving up what does she need??” Seemingly frustrated about me not moving, but again never asking me what I needed but talking about me. I had to say “I’m not moving up because no one took my order and she looked at me and walked right passed me to take other orders, so if someone could take my order I’d be glad to move up.” So chaotic, rude and regularly get my order wrong as well.

I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A today and just wanted to share. I placed a mobile order for lunch and went in to pick it up - it was packed and the Drive Thru line was wrapped around the building. I waited for a few minutes, and in that time, the manager came over and checked in about my order two times. With it being Mobile Monday and the day after the Hurricane’s win, it was insanely busy. When my food was ready, he came over and personally handed it to me, and when I got home, I saw they included a cookie that I didn’t order. So kind! I’ll definitely be back.
