i usually love this chick but todays service was irritating. a girl in the drive thru was rude. she was inattentive & didn’t ask for our membership. i know i could’ve given the membership but i was overwhelmed & it slipped my mind completely. i had to be right on a car’s behind before she came & took our order (which she told me to pull up more & that i had more room). it wasn’t even crazy busy (one car in the right lane, two infront of me). at least the girl who gave change was sweet & so were the ones handing out food.
Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A in my entire life. Employees were rude and it took forever to get my food even though there were probably 25 people working in the store just standing around. I came back to the counter to ask about my order and several employees looked at me including the MANAGER, but didn’t come up to me and ask what I needed. Unreal. There were also children screaming and running around the entire time, children running under our table and touching us. When they finally found my order it had just been sitting on the counter the whole time and they had it under a completely different name than what we gave them. Unacceptable. The manager really needs to step it up.
Did curbside pick up to save time but sat in the curbside parking lot for 20 minutes. I notified them and watch everyone around me get their food I am really concerned on what’s going on here. Hopefully I have to physically walk in figure out where my food is. More and more this Chick-fil-A has been letting me down. Next time I go to the one in Wake Forest Rd going out of my way it would actually save me time.
Excellent location with a friendly staff. Exactly what I feel the standards for Chick-fil-A are. The drive thru will make sure that you get in and out in as fast as possible with multiple lanes and many people taking orders. I am always happy with how fast the lanes move and how they have plenty of room to get your food and get out.Will continue coming back to this location.
Ordered ahead online because I was going through right around noon. They were so fast, and got everything right (I made customizations). I always appreciate the service and pride they take in their work at Chick-fil-A!
POOR SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT! NO-ONE BOTHER TO TAKE OUR ORDER HAD TO GET A MANAGER AND SHE DID NOTHING TO HELP THE SITUATION WILL NOT BE COMING HERE OR ANY OTHER CHIC FIL A FOR THAT MATTER . NOT GOD LIKE AT ALL ‼️
This Chic Fil A location's fast food service is EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone who works here are fast, friendly, and seem to really enjoy working there.
Team Members were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Drive thru was busy but moving steadily. I ordered the Cobb salad and Hi C. Great overall experience.
Chick fil a is the best. They make you feel special and appreciate this customers and show that with rewards often. The customer experience is exceptional. Truly goes the extra mile. Thanks, CFA! :-)
Terrible customer service. Ordered through DoorDash and Chick-Fil-A employees forgot to put a sandwich and salad dressing in our order. Called the branch and I was told they were not willing/able to do anything to assist, I would have to go back through the app......last I checked, DoorDash doesn't package the food they just deliver it.
