Worst Chick Fil-A I have ever attended. I have never went to a Chick-Fil-A where the worker was rude. Seems to me that there needs to be more training on customs and courtesies. I didn’t catch the employers name.
This crew of people are the definition of team work. When you enter they make you fill at home. Manager Deonte and crew member Deana were so delightful to talk and customer service was impeccable. Owner Terry is a man about his business....wonderful job building and awesome Team!

Every single thing about my order was wrong.Before I get to that, I’d like to point out that I waited 30 minutes on a typically not busy hour in line for my food, and when I got to the window, waited another 10 minutes. They were also out of Mac and Cheese and Chick Fil A sauce.I ordered a #1 deluxe on a multigrain bun with a Powerade and fries and a 3 piece strip and another #1 deluxe order with a lemonade. The Powerade was so watered down I had to throw it away. The lemonade was abnormally sweet and was full of pulp. The “deluxe sandwich” I always get was instead just a grilled chicken filet with a bun in a package. The strips were as small as the nuggets, I wouldn’t be surprised if they just battered some nuggets in the strip batter and called it a day. The fries were fresh, but tasted like soap or freezer burn. The other #1 deluxe was fine, except the buns were not toasted and had no butter.I wouldn’t be so disappointed and dissatisfied if I didn’t already hold Chick-fil-A to a high standard; I used to work at Chick Fil A in the kitchen and I know how things should be. This particular establishment falls far below par. 0/10 experience, will not be coming back.
This location is in crabtree Valley mall....they are soooo disrespectful....annnnddddd slllloooowwwww....I've never seen a manager get hushed by their staff...without saying it the staff knew she was wrong....gives chick fil a a bad name
