Missing items from orders like sauces, dressings, condiments that come with salads, etc. doesn’t set well for executive at luncheon. Very unhappy with the attention to detail before giving to delivery driver.

This chik fil a location is usually pretty great, but this is certainly not an acceptable amount of fries to receive for a large fry. This is the second or third time I’ve had this happen when I’ve not checked my food until I got home. Pls tighten up.
We all know Chick-fil-A perfected service, but Lake Boone Trail takes it to the next level. Thanks for being awesome, amazing, the gold standard.
The drive through has some minor issues. I saw the window worker hand my order to the vehicle in front of me asked them if they were me. They handed my bag back and left. When I drove up she handed me my bag. After I got to my location, I had my order but the wrong receipt. They simply got their wires crossed and need to get more organized.
The order board is too far up to be able to choose what you want. Sometimes I might not know what I want but I am rushed through the line and looked at as if I'm suppose to already know. They need to fix that..food was cool but the salads are a rip off. 1 piece of given for double the price of a sandwich
March 14, 2022 -2:30pmDisgusted! Ordered a Cobb salad and medium fry. Started eating the fries first and noticed they were cold but continued eating them anyways. After eating a handful I realized they were just thrown in the bag with no container, looking closer I saw a straw wrapper at the bottom. Moved a few fries out of the way and saw what looked to be a bloodied napkin at the bottom of the bag. Proceeded to vomit.Found an order label stuck to the inside of the bag for an employee in a red truck at 1:06pm. Brought the bag inside and the girl at the counter apologized and offered me more fries, I’ve already completely lost my appetite. I was given 3 cards for a free sandwich from one of the leads/managers. Didn’t really know what else to do so I accepted them and left. That said I’be thrown up multiple times while writing this review. Will never be coming back to this location.
This is the best one in Raleigh. I used to live right by this Chick-fil-a a now I live near Durham. I still make the drive because they are so kind and always have a smile on their faces no matter what. I really appreciate their amazing customer service. The drive thru line always moves really fast and I always get my food quick. Been coming here for about two years and they have NEVER messed up any of my orders.
Was given the wrong sandwiches despite my receipt being correct. Would not give a refund when I called up and mentioned once I got home I realized they were wrong. Was told I could go 30 minutes out of my way to have them fixed. No thanks. I called corporate and reordered through DoorDash. Will stick solely to Cameron Village location from now on.
Don't bother ordering a large fry. They will just give you a medium fry in a large fry box.
