This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life.. 2 adult 2 kids ate there and totally regretted it.. ordered 40 dollars worth of food. It took 30 mins to get the food, after 4 people ordered after me got their food first so unrealistic. Anyways i wasn't pleased but life goes on right? Wrong!!! We all were eating and like 20 mins in, none of us had drinks!!!!. So I went to the counter to see what was going on and guess what??? Your right, they haven't made our drinks yet lol... Unrealistic. Now we are finally done and about to leave so i ask can i get a refill of their cloudberry drink which i know i would normally have to pay again, but under these circumstances i wouldn't think it would be a issue... guess what??? is was an issue lol. so i told them about my experience there in a 30sec rant and then she said ill let it go this time!!.. the freaking nerve of this lady.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Denita. The rudeness and lack of customer service was something I have never received at any Chick-fil-A in my many years as a customer and not aligned with the wonderful values I know many of their employees exhibit on a daily basis. I ordered through the app, waited in my car until I received the notification it was ready, then when I went inside to look at the bags to find my name on the pick up station, she quickly snatched the bags away from me and told me to wait. I apologized and kindly tried explaining I was just looking for my name, but I was met with a curt response. I understand the Village District Chick-fil-A might have different pick up protocols than others, but at least provide friendly service while explaining that.My order was only a pick up order through the app that was ready, so I can't imagine what my experience would be if she had been helping me in any other longer capacity.

Used to be the best Chick fil a in Raleigh with the extremely cool food conveyor belt and dumbwaiter system used for the drive thru and upstairs. Today the upstairs was roped off and the technology was completely unused. In addition, the employees seemed untrained or not fully versed in their tasks which is managements fault but makes it more stressful for both the workers and the customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered breakfast to be delivered, and someone else accidentally grabbed my order from the pick up spot. I would’ve had no problem waiting a bit more while they remade my order, but the restaurant refused, telling the delivery person to call doordash. I didn’t use doordash, I used the chik fil a app for a reason. The restaurant basically ran out the clock until breakfast was over so they wouldn’t have to remake my food. Completely skirted their responsibility like my burrito was coming out of their personal funds. Why would I order delivery and then go pick up my own food and then lie about it? For a $6 burrito? This whole situation is so ridiculous. Don’t order delivery from this restaurant, they will leave you hungry.

Came in to eat lunch in this establishment. I ordered my food at 12:05 through the app and received it at 12:27. There were people coming in that ordered their food THERE and received it faster than I did. Extremely SLOW service, and my lunch break was up by the time I got my food. I called back & spoke with a Manager (Ashley) and all she could say was “we are really backed up today, sorry” as if I couldn’t see that !!! Nothing else was offered for their extremely slow service in which inconvenienced me from eating my lunch during the time I was there !!! Y’all need to do better, and atleast accommodate your customers when they have to wait longer than normal wait times !

This Chick-fil-A is very impressive. I've never seen a busier Chick-fil-A and they managed to get our order take our money without having to be at the window and when we pulled up they knew what we needed and nothing was messed up. Excellent experience for an out-of-towner!

Went last night for the Valentine's event, which was so much fun and really well put together by the super friendly and well-organized young woman running it. We had a great time! We knew the event would be great because we work near this location and get all formats of food delivery, from walk-in to drive-thru to doorstep delivery, from them regularly. This is a very high volume store in a very busy area, but the staff do a fantastic job of providing awesome customer service and quality food all while being as efficient as possinble. I have never had a bad meal or a problem that wasn't immediately corrected, and the staff are always so nice!

I have been getting food from here for almost 2 years with no issues but today was absolutely terrible. I went through the drive thru like I usually do and the person taking my order (named Yatziri) was extremely rude. She cut me off as I was ordering, she also acted like I was a nuisance to her day as she was being exasperated and rolling her eyes. This was extremely disappointing as I have had no issues with this CFA but this visit may have me change my mind.

Great customer service and food was hot & fresh. Was disappointed the dining area was not open. Luckily it was a sunny day to sit outside and eat.

We have been to this unit before. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Our order was correct and served quickly. We recommend this unit and will return.
