The food is good, and the service is usually great. There's a black fella who's name tag just says "The Dude" who's always super helpful with answering any questions about the menu. He's great!! HE GETS FIVE STARS!THE ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR:During my last visit, Skylar, the short white employee with dark black hair that looks like a mullet, with gages in her ears and tattoos all over her arms was crying... I've visited before when and she's usually crying... I just hope it gets better for her.For a while, I was worried about her tears getting in my food but this time she started VAPING behind the counter...when a person smokes or vapes, they can inadvertently contaminate their hand with tiny particles of spit. If that person handles food for a living – well – you get the picture. I'm also allergic to tobacco and prefer my toddler not be around smoke. I ended up leaving. Hopefully this location gets back to what it used to be!
The is the 2nd time this week I have come to this location and something was wrong. 1st time no roasted veggie or sweet potatoes. Today night there are no to go bowls. Has the leadership changed? Better planning is needed.
While I usually have a great experience at this location, today definitely left a bad impression. The employee that served us dished us: without gloves on, held her drink under her arm, and was taking bites out of what I guess was a cookie or snack bar while making our food. Proceeded to stick her finger in the sauce on the corner of one of the bowls and smeared it all over multiple lids. She then just walked off without getting me a receipt or my order of pita/hummus that I now have no clue whether or not I was charged for.
Excellent food. Everything tastes so good and fresh. Absolutely loved and will come back. It's a bummer the people who work here are like a teenager that was just asked to clean up their room. Zero motion LOL speaking of cleaning, my tray had food from the person before me on it and the tables were sticky. Funny they have the exact same lemonades that Panera recently added
Absolutely amazing healthy food that won't hurt your wallet. Portion sizes are big enough for two meals and so much flavor. New favorite place to order from when I don't want to cook!
This was the third time we had terrible customer service. The employees all look miserable to work there- no smile no greeting blank faces except the shift manager yukking up very loudly with I assume her friend. We asked for pita chips and was told it would take too long to make and then asked for pita chips and was told there was none. I had to ask for the pita that came with the bowl and didn’t bother to ask for the pita for the second bowl we ordered because the attitude and energy of the employee serving was so poor. The kitchen floor had a dirty plastic glove lying visibly. We will not be back at this Cava- so sad as my daughter is Vegan and this is one of the few places we enjoyed eating at.
If your looking for a cute build your own Mediterranean experience, Cava is it! From the fresh Avocado to the flavorful hummus varieties, it is a must! The chicken and lamb are cooked to perfection and the fried Pita Chips packed with flavor make any meal complete.
Great value and great quality don't always go together, but here they do. The food was great and it was prepared for me by a young lady with a terrific attitude. I wish I could put her name here.
This CAVA is always my go-to! Sometimes you can feel the impact of short-staffing, but the workers that are here do their absolute best to give an amazing customer experience. THANK YOU to all of the employees at this CAVA!
Food and service was decent, but the restaurant could use some cleaning. The floors were filthy and the tables had leftover pieces of food on them and were sticky. Also, the music was too loud and it was hard to hear the help and my lunch date.
