I do really enjoy getting take out from here. Its easy to make my bowl keto friendly with the nutrition info they post, the beef meatballs are excellent and I come in so often the people who work there recognize me and know my order...The only reason I took a star off is because they close a few hours early all the time due to lack of employees and it can be inconvenient. Please pay your employees more!
Probably the messiest CAVA I’ve ever been to. They were out of most ingredients to add to the bowl and the veggies tasted rotten. I usually go to the one in Crossroads which is significantly better.
Thanks CAVA Team! Everything was great fresh and tasty I had spicy lamb meatballs with a bunch of veggies and dressing. They only give you 4 meatballs tho. They are a pretty good size, but momma gonna need extra meatballs when I go back. ? Great atmosphere everyone was so pleasant and helpful I will be going back soon! Thanks again you all!??? ??
This place is awesome. It’s like chipotle but with a Mediterranean cuisine. Food is always fresh and the flavors are excellent to mix and match with. Definitely added to one of my go to lunch spots!
Great food! It is a little expensive, however, they do give you enough to still have leftovers! My only issue was I ordered the crispy falafel bowl and there was not much falafel in it :( Employees are very nice and helpful though, overall love CAVA
Amazing experience! Wasn't too sure what to expect (first time customer) but the food was delicious and the staff was very patient with me while trying to order. I usually don't try new places but I am glad I did in this occasion. Without a doubt Cava has been added to my short list of places to go to.
Go somewhere else or to the location on Walnut St. The main girl who always puts our food together is always very rude and doesn’t give enough food for the price you pay. I wouldn’t care if she was rude once because everyone has bad days, but this is the third time. And we actually had to go back with our half-filled bowl. The manager corrected the issue but prob will just go the extra few miles to the different location. Great food but not worth the bad customer service.
I NEVER write reviews but after trying CAVA for the 1st time I’d be doing others a disservice if I didn’t. I’ve been hearing SO many wonderful things about it, was finally able to try it myself and was absolutely blown away. If you’ve never been, do yourself a favor and try it! I can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Thanks for the great experience.
The food from this restaurant is great. I am a college student and this is a great place to get a healthy meal. However, their customer service is subpar. I had forgotten to grab a mask before I left my apartment and went inside expecting to receive a mask. I was greeted by one of the employees working the line and they refused me service. I asked if they have an extra mask due to the sign explicitly stating “if you don’t have a mask, just ask”. I am very disappointed in the service I was greeted with since I am a regular customer.
LOVE cava but I will never return to this location. It is the closest location to my work but I would rather drive farther to avoid dealing with this place. A lot went wrong in the 20 mins I was in there but I will skip through semantics and get to the point of this review. They NEVER has the ingredients needed for orders. This has happened every time I have been here and it is the main issue I have with them. It would be nice if they at least told you what they're out of when you order, but they don't so if you want to change your order, sorry. Today the worker didn't know what went in my bowl I ordered so I had to read the menu ingredients off to him. they were out of 3 ingredients today for my order and two ingredients in my coworkers bowl. This can be very disappointing when looking forward to lunch. They dont even ask if you would like to substitute an ingredient, they just dont put it in and leave it up to you to notice when an ingredient is missing. They forgot my extra pita that i Pay extra for and when I asked for it, they lady seemed very annoyed because I was holding up the line. They were also out of ice in the ice machine. I could go on and on about the many other things that happened today and have happened to me in the past. I just wont return.
