Great service, excellent food
4/29/22 prior to pandemic, my husband and I ate at this restaurant a few times a year. It was always good service and the food always good. Two years later we visited the restaurant and I was impressed with upgrades to the flooring and the menu. The most impressive was the waiter we had, Nick! What an awesome young man. He was so polite and accommodated our multiple requests with such respect. He gave us the best service and the food was delicious! I spoke to the manager to let him know how impressed we were of Nick! When you go to the restaurant, ask for Nick! You won’t be disappointed! Great experience!
Cannot praise this restaurant enough… amazing food, incredible waiters (Marlo B), really nice atmosphere… But to top it all off integrity. I lost my wallet there after paying. Drove an hour plus home before realizing it was missing. Called the restaurant, they found it, locked it in the safe until we made the drive back, Everything was inside including all the $$$. HIGHLY recommend this establishment…
This location is very dirty and unwelcoming. There were assorted items like plants and stuffed animals strewn around the waiting area to deter people from waiting for a table inside. We went to our car to await a text to tell us our table was ready. There were very few people in the restaurant. Once seated, we realized the table and seats were dirty. Hate being “that customer”. Husband tried to wipe the table with the black napkin and it was filthy. We informed the person who took our drink order, and she sent a guy to wipe the table down. He barely touched it. I went to the restroom to get a damp paper towel to wipe it down and the bathroom was unbelievably dirty, warm & smelled terrible. Went back out, wiped the streaks of food remnants off the table, and then decided that it makes no sense to eat somewhere this dirty.
Carrabba’s is a family favorite with lots of great dishes to choose from and seasonal additions as well.I love their Chicken Marsala. Their fresh bread and mozzarella appetizer are also family favorites. The kids like their children’s menu too.I do recommend dining in for the best experience.We’ve been doing more delivery since Covid and there’s been quite a few issues with the delivery. We’ve had missing items a number of times.When we ordered our meal a few days ago, they forgot the kids drinks that were included with their meals.They send out a survey after ordering and I’ve responded with the issues and directly contacted them in the past but received no contact in return. It is why I deducted a star.
The food was good and tasty. The service was great and efficient.
In other items the food seems like it's gone down some since the pandemic but Calamari with Ricardo sauce is awesome. It's a regular favorite along with the house bread and spices. Today felt like a real dine-in day. My server Mario R. Was great in service, described the items in both sauces (although I already knew them) but it was wonderful the care and experience he gave. I was in today at 3:40pm
Really great food and nice service, masked staff that were respectful of distances when we requested a table farther away from others. I got a filet that was perfection. All 4 in our group reported great food.
Though one might think Italian food would be the same at all Italian restaurants, outside of different dishes, the restaurants have different personalities that is reflected in the food. Carrabba's is the place to go when you want a certain Italian culinary experience. The bread/oil they bring out is consistently good, as is the food that is served.On our last visit, which is our first visit since COVID, we had to get on the wait list and either wait in our car (and receive a text stating our table was ready) or wait on the front patio (which was cold). The indoor waiting area was closed as part of their COVID protocol. Given our wait experience at other restaurants, this approach didn't figure for us. Food was good as always though!
I’ve been here for years and every single time, it’s amazing! Our latest server, Mauricia, was so attentive and professional and even gave us a free dessert! Food is always hot and delicious, and enough to take home for leftovers each time. This is our go-to Italian place.
