Updating my old review to say this was my all time favorite place in Raleigh. The people running it are so friendly and were amazingly patient. My friends and I showed up with large parties, were annoyingly loud, and didn't call ahead, but we always left happy and felt welcome.It's a quiet place that is pretty inside with a big menu. I always got the half price rolls they offered every day cause I'm cheap, but I got to try other stuff on the menu too and it was all great. The octopus was REALLY good, I'd never tried that before.We went here multiple times a week. You just can't go wrong eating at this place. A million times recommended.
I’m here on a bench out front on 6/28/2022 @ 17:43 hours and the door is still locked and open sign is off. If the sushi is worth it, I’ll change my rating. Called several times only to get a full voicemail.UPDATE: 18:46 hoursWorth every penny and the staff which was only one lady and the chef were very friendly and gave us fried dumplings as a thank you.I highly recommend this place.
Came in for lunch around 1:30pm. We were seated and ordered then notified that the chef was unavailable to prepare food. If the chef didn’t want to take the orders because of closing at 2pm it could have been communicated when we entered the establishment. The restaurant should also close if there is no chef available (or willing) to prepare food. Very disappointed
Their sushi ? grade is beyond A+Good combination along with Korean fusion. I highly recommend this establishment if you want to have Sushi + Korean food at the same time. Keep up the good work guys! 10/10
Went in for lunch today. They have half-off sushi rolls lunch special. The sushi was delicious and half price! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was super nice!

Best sushi spot in Raleigh- anywhere else is just not worth it. It’s owned and operated by the nicest, most welcoming people that are truly appreciative of your business. Great deals and great quality.
The sushi here is amazing! The fish was fresh and the rice had great consistency and taste! The staff was super friendly and very kind! I really wish I could give this place 10 stars!
My favorite place to go in the area. Excellent service and delicious food. The lady in the front is so sweet and remembers her customers every time they come in. The cook knows what he's doing and I've never had anything less than amazing there. Have had the whole menu and would reccomend any of it. They also make takoyaki here, which is hard to find stateside.
