Great coffee, tasty food (gluten free options, necessary for me!), and a spacious interior, very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating and shade available. Reasonably priced, lots of different merchandise options. Loved it, and looking forwards to going back! I highly recommend stopping by or visiting the drive through
I always love a good Caribou coffee. The Turtle Mocha is my favorite. This location used to have Bruggers Bagels and now it's just Caribou breakfast, which is limited and like Starbucks (Pre made). The atmosphere is very nice and the staff were kind.
Love their coffee. The drive thru gets really busy during breakfast hours but I just go in and order and it's super quick. The bagels are also delicious. I wish we had more Caribou locations in Raleigh!
Why, Caribou? We used to come to your coffee shop 4-5 times per week. But unfortunately after our last visit, we will not be back again. You’ve gutted your menu, why? Profit? Effort? The bagels used to be delicious and fresh. I can now get an equivalent bagel at McDonalds. From now on, I will be going to where you used to get your fresh bagels from - Bruegger’s Bagels.This isn’t a stab at your wonderful staff, who have always been so kind and friendly. I will miss this place. My husband and I are saddened by your reckless business decisions.

Stopped by for a bagel and a coffee this morning to find out they had completely changed their menu and no longer serving Brueggers Bagel's selections. I tried a few of their new breakfast sandwich options and was utterly disappointed.... Kind of reminded of the pre-made breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks . Coffee is still just as good, but the breakfast took a drastic downhill turn.... No where close to as good as it was before the change IMO.
My coffee was halfway full, which had not been an issue before this week. The last coffee I got was also halfway full. I’m wondering if it’s a recent change. Also the lady at the kiosk shamed me for getting a straw??? It was a super awkward encounter and very unnecessary.
Their blended drinks are always so good. Would be 5 stars if they could figure out how to not leave chunks of ice in their blended drinks
When it comes to quick coffee chains with a drive through I think Caribou gets the gold star! Their drinks are so good and the inside of the Duraleigh Rd location is so cozy. They have bagels, sandwiches and a couple of baked items if you want to sit for a while or it’s a quick good coffee to go if you are in a hurry!
They have friendly service here and good places to sit and chat or get some work done. I like their coffee and food (ten times better than [email protected]&bucks) good prices too ?
