Well deserved 5 star rating, treated very well from the person taking the order and the follow up with a manager. It was my 1st time at this store and the food was great. The manager brought out a sauce which added a taste that I had never tried before. The restaurants had a open space and dining room with lots of seating! I have a given this a five star rating…
Food is great but good luck getting sauces and other small things with your online order. Just picked one up and found out when we got home that none of the sauces for the fries or the chicken tenders were in the bag and this is the third time this has happened at this location. It's not a major thing but it's also so simple it shouldn't be so regularly missed. Where's the quality control or double checking of the orders? Thought about giving a lower score but it's not like whole items were missing and the food is still good.
Amazing! Burgers were all so tasty & filling, ordering process was easy & the lady was pleasant & patient. Maybe the best fries we have ever eaten - the parmigiana & herb topping was incredible!! The cost is surely lower than what it is worth- this place rocks!!!
I love their French fries. Seemingly fresh and hand cut every time. But lately the burger patties have a bunch of junk in them and are trending towards what I would describe as McDonald's textures. I'd rather my five guys.

I’ve tried a few burgers, but I also go back to the basic double burger Fi burger. The fries are my absolute favorite out of all burger joints or any fast food places. Service has typically been good at this location.
Thank you BurgerFi for making our daughter's birthday so special. We asked if they can do something like add a sparkler or something and the staff were so awesome. Really appreciate it. The food was also good. Yum milkshakes. Clean diner.

I chose the ultimate bacon cheese burger with fries as my meal. She also went with the fried chicken sandwich and fries. My burger was delicious and hot, and there was enough of bacon on it. Her chicken was also juicy and crisp, she said. We liked it a lot. It was tastefully designed, and the customer service was excellent. Oh, and the dipping sauce for the fries was fantastic.

Visited on a Monday night looking for a good burger. I ordered a conflicted burger and a regular burger, an order of fries and 2 drinks. The service was unacceptable. While waiting I noticed at least 3 people who ordered after me received their orders so I returned to the counter to check on mine. I was told they were waiting on one of my burgers, didn't realize I ordered something so unusual. Another 5 minute passed before receiving my food. The food was good, I love the fries, however I am very disappointed in the beef patty that is raved all about. The size of my burger versus the burger on the menu and on the wall of the restaurant was completely different. This visit was definitely a negative experience.
