They're usually good, but I'm unhappy with a recent order for 4 dirty milk teas.I ordered dirty milk teas, with bumble cream and sweetener... The teas were not sweetened AND there was barely any brown sugar in it...I'm so upset because I paid for it and it doesn't look appetizing and it doesn't taste good, like it usually does. They also provided no straws.I'm extremely annoyed by this.
Loved this place, not only super cute inside with the decor & photo ops but everything tasted great too. I got a smoothie and Nutella filled fish waffle they were both sooo good! I will definitely come back when I visit Raleigh again. Another plus was that my smoothie had baymax on the lid
I had my first boba for the first time here, I think it was pretty good! I tried the Tiger milk tea with strawberry popping boba and I loved it! Tea kind of reminded me of Bojangles tea and I wish I got more boba in my drink?!
my second time being here. first time was with my roommate and friends from college. this time i brought my aunt. she has never tried boba before and she absolutely LOVES it. the employees were super sweet explaining what was inside certain drinks and much more to meet her dietary accommodations. looking forward to next time!

While the drinks are decent, they recently got rid of one of their big menu items, waffles. I really liked going here to get a bite and drink. While they do have macarons and taiyaki, I am upset that the waffles (which were my favorite) are gone. In addition, the staff is not the friendliest. It's a 50/50 if you'll get a friendly staff member or one that wants you to hurry up and get out. Since they've got rid of the waffles, I unfortunately won't be back. Better bubble tea places with food options in Raleigh
good customer service, was polite while I choose my drinks, drinks and food price is affordable and not costly ,highly recommend!
The drinks here are delicious (although sweeter than I expected) and the customer service is excellent. I ordered tea not realizing it would be cold. They made me a hot cup at no extra charge, which they didn't need to. Overall a good experience and I plan to go back.
first timer. ordered a small tapioca tiger milk tea. the tapioca was a perfect texture, and the milk tea taste blended nicely. the aesthetics of the shop and cups are also nice
Bumble Tea is a cute boba tea shop which has so many great options to choose from. Not only is their boba really great, but they also have these extremely delicious (not to mention plain cute) bumble waffle cones and fish. I highly recommend trying these out along with some tea.
