A box was like $14-15. And it's a lot so i usually order a box for lunch and dinner both. Not only the price is reasonable , but also variety of options is great.In addition, i cannot ear cilantro, so i asked if they can just give me another topping instead of the one having cilantro. They was okay with that which was wonderful for me! I will def go back there again!
I’ve been going here since they’ve opened up this location (a lil over a year I’d say.) I get the same thing every time. today I placed my order but the server gave me 1/2 the amount of food I normally received. I asked her if they change the quantity because the box normally be full. She stated nothing changed (clearly it did since I mentioned it.) She didn’t check with other staff to verify if she was correct.Very disappointed that i was charged but received half the amount of food. Will be finding me a new spot to eat at.
My first time coming here with my boy was pretty great, got the Kona Spicy Tuna Box, and it was pretty good, definitely coming back again.
It was ok, looks better than it tastes. Love the biodegradable containers. But the BYO was annoying in that almost every ingredient I chose was an extra cost. The kimchee was bland and limp, which was really disappointing. And, the yolk broke in my bulgogi box, not an issue, but it got all over the container - they should have put in a different container.
Enjoyed lunch here..the food was very fresh. The bowls are customizable. With different protein options.I would surely eat here here again.
Great food. Staff was so nice and accommodating for food allergies. Will go back again and again!
We tried this place for the first time tonight and will definitely be back! My husband got the Tokyo box and I did a spicy build your own box. I’m sorry excited to try more options.
went here because I got a discount code, my boyfriend paid extra for add ons. we got home and my sauce was missing from my order and my boyfriend didn’t get the add one we paid for. before his order was finalized we were nearly rushed out the door. there were no other guests inside. It was good but the service was not great.
Looks great but taste is forgettable at best. Everything seemed just past fresh - some of the textures were just odd, vegetables been sitting in fridge too long. On top of that they don’t even offer ice water and had no forks! Gave spoons to eat a rice bowl…
