This is my first time here and I tried the smoked salmon sandwich and it was so good, customer service is great and food is really good as well
The sanitation department needs to visit this place. Workers need to learn to change gloves regularly, wear mask properly, rest room always dirty. The older man that works there need sanitation classes. Orders are not made right sometimes.

Was there this past Thursday and while only one other customer was there they got the order wrong. Ordered 2 cinnamon bagels with plain cream cheese, one with to-go plain cream cheese. When I got home, the prepared bagel was a cinnamon sugar bagel and the next day I found the other bagel was plain. The cream cheese in the cup appeared to be moldy so I threw it out. Very disappointed particularly since I left a good tip.
Bagels are good but expensive. Never tried anything other than bagels. Why can’t they just have a “bagel only” line for those looking to go in and quickly out the door? It never fails that I am stuck behind people that need a breakfast sandwich (or 20) prepared.
Was here last week and got the farmhouse, came back today and got it again. The country pepper cream cheese is fantastic!
I recently ordered ALOT of bagels from Brueggers for my daughters Baby Shower Brunch. I have to say that I'm beyond happy with how it all turned out!!! The bagels were fresh and delicious! I ordered quite a few dozen, and we ate them all, even a couple of days after the Shower. We also got the twice baked hashbrowns and they were just as good. Thanks Brueggers!!

Hit or miss on getting my bagel correct. I eat here frequently and have to watch it being made. FrustratingWhen it's made the way I ask, it's amazing.
