What a great way to start the day. The person making our order was very friendly and funny. I got the smoked salmon bagel sandwich and it was absolutely satisfying. Just what I needed before a long hike.
Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. I ordered two siracha honey sunrises and after eating the first, I began eating the second but pulled the bread open to add more cream cheese (as I always buy a tub of their honey siracha cream cheese to add extra). I found the bacon alarmingly uncooked. I am 5 months pregnant and can not eat uncooked meat so this was very disconcerting. I pulled the bacon off to eat just the sandwich before realizing I ate bacteria that it touched. I'm very disappointed because I am a big fan of brueggers bagels. The customer service was good. However, this is unacceptable. I will not be returning here even post-pregnancy. I will keep others updated on if baby and I needed to see a doctor after eating what I assume are two bacteria infested, uncooked, bacon filled sandwiches.
The bagels are so salty tasting they are inedible the last couple months. Guessing too much baking soda in the bath? No one answers the phone there so useless trying to tell them. The Brueggers on Creedmoor much better. Strickland use to be good.
So I went to this restaurant to pick an order, they kept making everyone’s orders but mine. These are people who came in after me. When I tried to explain to them that I was waiting for more 15 minutes, the black lady and the girl with pink/red hair rudely told me, “You can cancel the order.” For someone who placed an order online and then to have to wait more than 15 minutes when I got to the store, the least you could’ve done is work ok the order when I got there and not to be rude when asked about it

A little less cream cheese on the bagels will go a long way. Sometimes it seems like they are rushing or maybe they just don’t care. They slap tons of cream cheese which results to me wiping a lot of to enjoy the bagel.I can literally get everything they are servicing from the grocery store and make it myself so really… the customer service matters a lot.
Don't order online or through a delivery app, they won't make it until you show up, and even then they'll fill other orders for people behind you faster than they make the pickup order*Edit: Gave them another chance and they still take their sweet time making mobile orders, not worth the time
I have better experiences at the Bruggers in Briar Creek. If the bagels get any smaller, they'll be Cheerios!
Bagels are always tasty and fresh. Service staff is friendly and prepare orders quickly. Plenty of parking.
great place to get a breakfast bagel. cooked fresh with tender care.
