Best bagels / worst service. Walk in 1 p.m. on a Sat (4/16)...no coffee, seating closed to customers, no more medium size coffee serving anymore. I realize Brueggers closes at 2 p.m., but at 1 p.m. all the employees were treating customers as if they were already closed.
This particular location take the time time perfect the size, shape, and ensures that the toppings are covering the bagels. Let us not forget the unbelievable customer service.
Not sure how I have to word it to get the inside of my bagel toasted. Seems like the outside is toasted twice. Since they don't have sundried tomato anymore my go to in garlic and the outside burns and inside is not toasted at all. Was busy so I didn't want to hang over watching them make it but I guess I'll have to next time since this is the third time it's been like this.
FYI Dining room is still closed, unfortunately this means that I had to go somewhere else. Most places are allowing inside seating again... I'm assuming this is a staffing issue (not enough people to keep dining room clean?)
Avoid. I got bad food there -- their premier salmon and cream cheese sandwich, except the salmon actually smelled bad and the bagel was very lopsided. Fell apart in my lap & had to be thrown out. It was the day they were hauling out the food table because it was broken. The week after the ovens broke for the umpteenth time. This store seems to be failing. The day I was there, they were selling bagels from another store because they couldn't cook there. I went online to "Customer Service" to tell them but was entirely ignored. Time to find a different bagel shop.
I believe they have a new manager and the bagel are now been served fresh love them.
Bruegger's Has Great Bagels. They Are Always Delicious.!!
A great place to eat however the hash browns wasn't fried hard enough.
I am having their brisket egg and cheese bagel today. Sounds great so I must.
Quick to make online orders, pick up is easy, free coffee if ordering from the mobile app. Makes a very attractive on the go breakfast.
