I find it very bizarre and unprofessional that one employee making the bagels was wearing a mask and gloves and following proper protocol while I was “lucky” enough to receive a guy wearing no mask or gloves making my bagel. This location is also extremely slow and usually out of some ingredients. I understand not wearing a mask at this point but not wearing gloves and touching my food with your grubby hands is just gross.
This is a popular place because of it's location. The food is great and the staff is friendly, but it is very dirty. Feels like management doesn't pay attention to other important details. Customer floor needs a mop .Outdoor tables were all wet from the rain the night before. Outdoor trash cans were full and covered in ants, finger/hand prints on the glass doors, etc. A wasp nest above one of the outside tables. Yuck. Also I stood waiting for my bagel for quite a while until I had to ask if the bag on the counter was mine. Also the lady forgot to give me my coffee. It wasn't busy. Maybe an off day?
Good bagels!!! Opens early and I can order online.Update 4/2/22: I've lived in the area for 16 years and Bruegger's was one of my local go to places, but today they crushed that for me. They really need to wear hair nets. I found the longest hair in my bagel!! Gross ?
These bagels look so good. I’m sitting in my house in Winston Salem having never been here and they just look so good. We have one really good bagel shop here but it’s so far from my house and I just wish I could eat a yummy bagel like in y’all’s pictures #crying Yass and slay
I ordered bagels for my employees for breakfast this morning. The order was ready on time and I was greeted with a smile when I picked them up. A very thoughtful thank-you note was included with my invoice. Best of all, the bagels were beautifully displayed with assorted cream cheeses, plenty of knives and napkins. They were absolutely delicious!! Thank you so much for making this an enjoyable breakfast treat for my staff!!
Absolutely outstanding! I came in to grab some coffee for myself and a bagel for a coworker. As I reached the cashier, the young lady behind the counter informed me that my coffee and bagel was comped. I'm a first responder and was in full uniform but, this was a such a pleasant surprise. Thank you! You made my day!
I live for a long time just outside of New York City and I know my bagels. And this place knows bagels.
Have ordered 3 times from this place and don’t get what I asked for. This past time, I ordered a sandwich that comes with an up charge in the bagel and got a plain bagel that was very hard and no cream cheese at all. I normally don’t complain about issues with my food however I am very disappointed that I cannot seem to get the same level of quality from this location that I get from your other locations. I do have to say the staff is nice and friendly, however it would be nice to get my ordered.

Good bagel, mediocre sandwich. Ordered bacon, egg & cheese on everything bagel.Asked to have bagel double toasted.Disappointed to find bagel not toasted. The portion of bacon failed to contribute to the sandwich and so on. Friendly staff needs a shout out though. Maybe I'm spoiled by the shop in my hometown of Concord NC.
