I work off of Western so I visit this location often - usually very early in the morning and have always had a great experience.My husband and I went through the drive-thru on July 4th and the line was long and it took awhile to get through it - the guy inside was working so hard to get everything done and was so nice despite being so incredibly busy.
I went in for a simple bagel with extra cream cheese on the side and was charged $5 and some change. When She made my order, she was also making two other orders I assumed for the drive-through with it. My cream cheese wrap had a red substance on it I’m assuming from the other sandwiches. I’m glad I wasn’t allergic to anything. I swear I tasted onion in my cream cheese (I got honey walnut) There’s also a piece of cheese in my regular cream cheese bagel. The bagel was OK but it wasn’t worth the five dollars. Just go to food lion. You will get a whole pack of bagels and a larger cream cheese for the price and the time you spend getting a bagel here.
They made my order of 3 bagels in less than five minutes…so I knew something was gonna be wrong. They were out of everything. Didn’t even cut one of mine in half. I asked for extra dark toasted, stuck with a freaking chewy bagel. I. Hate. Chewy. Bagels.
honestly some of the best bagels I have ever had. I highly recommend a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, onions and smoked salmon or the sriracha bagel.
Hope you enjoy waiting at least 20 minutes at the drive through. Lord knows I waited longer than that yesterday for 3 bagels. When I finally got my order guess what, the order was wrong! Save your time and visit any other of the numerous bagel shops in the area.
Spilled hot coffee on me and forgot half my order. There's another Bruegger's on Wade Ave, only about a mile away. Take your business there.
Bought a dozen bagels Monday, 27 Dec. Upon getting the bag home I dicovered all had a flat side. Either no one was supervising the operation or supervisor is not up to the task.. Still a fan, but store management could use more instruction on quality control, customer service and franchise integrity.
Everytime I go to bruggers I ask for a sausage and egg bagel on plain toasted every single time. My order has never changed & constantly it’s wrong. Cheese makes me extremely sick and they continue to put it on my bagel or completely mess up the order and give me a bacon egg and cheese. The manager at this specific establishment is extremely rude and will hang up as fast as she can when u call about an order mess up. I do not recommend this braggers id rather drive 30 minutes to another one than eat from here again. I have been so polite I’m not the type to leave bad reviews or get mad I just get my order fixed but the constant attitude from the manager that works there is ridiculous. The cooks mess up sometimes and that’s perfectly fine but as a manager you need to understand you are responsible for being respectful to the customers when things like this happen. If you work at this bruggers and you see this and you aren’t the manager it is not your fault things get busy that’s 100% understandable. However if you’re the lady manager that hung up on me you need to learn how to be respectful to others.
I really wish the area had more options for bagels because this place has the worst customer service and they always get your order wrong. Bagels are hit or miss. Be prepared to leave angry.
Order online my food is always excellent there the only ones who give me a package with cream and sugar.
