The croissant was a ham and cheese layered buttery delight. Also had their Tea with simple sugar. Yum. Get there early. We were there at 2:30 and they were all sold out.

BEST pastries we've ever had!!!! I also want to praise the gentleman with long blond hair who helped with our order. He was so sweet and friendly and that made the whole experience even better.

Morning bun and custard tart were excellentCurrant and Einkorn scone and the Ham and Cheese Bread Pudding were great9/10

Parking lot is small next to the bakery. Picked up a loaf of bread and Apricot Croissant this day. Everything smelled delicious and so hard not to walk away with more.Plus, we had plans to meet someone for coffee, so we didn't try any.No bathroom, so if you are on the road, out of luck. It is small and a place to pick up your food and go eat in your car. But what you get! 5 stars!!!!

If you go here, you HAVE to get a morning bun. It’s looks like a cinnamon bun, but it’s not, it’s sooooooo much better. It’s crispy, flaky, but oh so soft and I’m not sure what the ingredients are, but it’s something highly addictive! I highly recommend this spot, but you need to go early because once they’re out, you have to wait for the next day. Also, they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Now THIS is a bakery. Walking you're immediately hit by the smells of baked goods, and the active baking going on behind. The pastry case is filled of a good but not quite overwhelming number of tantalizing choices, both sweet and savory. They also have a selection of loaves to choose from. Deeply baked to being out nice toasty flavors and texture while still having a nice chewy and soft crumb. Unlike some of the other bakeries I've been to, the loaves are nicely sized and if you're in at the right time, still warm! It took a bit of willpower to leave with only two pastries and loaf.

Amazing ? bread. Got the Levain no seeds and it was off the charts. A good bread is a must and I relocated from NYC recently and so happy I found Bolted. Thumbs up. See my Bolted Bread video on my Facebook group-newyorkersmovingtonc. The foodie Real Estate Broker.

Wow wow wow. so perfect. the crew is so nice and conversational, the space is so clean. the croissants may be the best i've ever had, and i've had a lot. the bread is delicious too. amazing.

I am passionate about French patisserie and new to the city, for 8 months, when I found Boulted I was happy to have a bakery that offers this type of products in the area, it was excellent until Wednesday of this week around at 11am, I was surprised to arrive and see all the burned pastries, that is much more golden than normal and little selection to offer, so I asked the person in charge and she informed me that they had a little problem with the oven but that everything was fine , so I bought three pieces and a French bread, when I consumed them they were literally burned and the internal dough was a little doughy, the bread very hard, so I decided to write this only with the intention of making a constructive review of the owner of the place to pay attention to this detail, I don't know if it's the first time it's happened but they must have discarded those pastries and not offered them for sale as if they were in good condition. I would like to return to the place and be able to enjoy a good and fresh selection again.

It’s all about the bread... Just had the ham and cheese croissant this morning for the first time and it was incredible! From the first bite to the last, the bread was crispy and flaky on the outside, and moist and buttery on the inside. Coupled with the delicious ham and gruyere cheese, this is quite possibly the best croissant I’ve ever eaten! Not only was the meal tasty, but the staff were also friendly and helpful, and they kept the line moving. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
