Absolutely incredible place. But the reason I am leaving the review is our experience with the even coordinator Miriam. My girlfriend and I worked to plan an small event (by event standards but big to us) and Miriam has by far and away the most helpful of any of the venues we reached out to. It really means alot to us that someone was willing to take the time and answer all of the questions which were probably annoying and beyond basic. I would have been lost without her assistance.
Stunning location. There were training someone so our drinks came out really slow but we’re ultimately good so it was worth it! We will definitely be back and look forward to bringing our friends and family here!
The location and ambiance are great; however, service can be slow when bartenders are focused on everything but customers. The drinks are well prepared, but the menu isn't anything special. You're definitely paying for the experience.
Will close your tab unknowingly without you getting a receipt. My tab was somehow closed while I was still in the restaurant enjoying my drink and food and the bartender was unable to give me any information or receipt. So now my card has been charged randomly $45 and now it reflects $51. I have no idea how much I truly spent due to this error and will never be back. This is not how you do business. I even gave the bartender an extra $20 cash because I didn’t know if I was going to be charged for my meal or if someone else had paid already. Not happy.
Thought the place would be fab based on a review of the owner. Decor was fantastic. Order of first drinks were good. We ordered a second bourbon Manhattan and it came in a different glass than the first. Ask waitstaff and was told “different bartender”. Consistency would be good. The waitstaff took one of our drinks before it was done without asking and we didn’t know it until she was gone. Food was very small for the price. Music was very loud at 5pm on a Sunday and the type of music didn’t match what the ambiance could be. One of the bartenders was wearing a hooded sweatshirt- didn’t seem professional or matching of the reviews.

The place is beautiful with a nice vibe but we were basically ignored while there. Got my first drink at the rooftop bar with no problem. Sat down on a couch and struggled to get service afterwards. We had to get up and ask someone to come over so we could close our tabs after unsuccessfully trying to wave someone down for 20 min. Other tables were being checked on regularly.
The drinks are trash, never get anything on tap. Expressing martini is a sugar martini. Really disappointing quality drinks for hand-crafted cocktail price. Save your money, take your pictures and move on.
