Really good rotisserie chicken, nice clean fast food restaurant, nice young man took my order food was hot and delicious
It says it opens at 11am. An African lady today who works there said she had to do it all because people were calling out. She told me a customer to go home and come back at 12pm. If this is a public establishment, she is running customer's home on her own terms. She also feels she does not have enough people on shift to help her fulfill her job roles so she could not have anything cooked or cleaned in time. Much sympathy for her having to do all the roles on her own, so you all need to hire more people to cover shifts stop overworking people, you don't pay them enough! Hire temp workers to come in and help her. Or she is going to send all your customers home and greatly loose you profits.
The food was good, but the dining area was closed due to a staff shortage. Only drive thru was available.
No BBQ ribs dinners available!!???? Food ok, service not good. Bill was $35. Wouldn't take $100.bill because she didn't have enough change, she would be short. Really. B.S. won't go back!

He then proceeds to tell the Hispanic worker "I don't know how they do it in MEXICO but here that's against the law" RJ you stepped up and did a great job defending your fellow co workers! Even when he dared to lean over the counter and point is finger at you.You stood tall and told that racist man (even when he tried to backtrack say "well my wife is Filipino and they do things differently too") that is racism was NOT TO BE TOLERATED.YOU GO GIRL!!! First time back in about 4 years. It was ok, I used to love the cream spinach.The quality of the food.......Spinach tasted different. Chicken was a tad dry. Ordered 1/4 dark chicken with double spinach w/no bread.Currently drive thru only.
Rude lady working drive thru. I will not go back to this location. If the manager read this you should hire people with customer service skills. January 2, 2022 was the date.
My name is M. Anderson. So on December 1st 2021 at 8:15pm I placed an order on the Boston Market website for the 9500 Strickland Rd Raleigh NC 27615 location. It was an order for their delivery. You see my family and I are misplaced by our home being torn down abruptly due to safety reasons. We're currently living in a hotel. The food was purchased by hard earned money as my husband barely gets to work full hours since Covid hit. I lost my caregiver I had through his job insurance. I'm in a wheelchair with cancer and MS. Hungry children were waiting to eat on December 1st. Then my phone rings. It's the door dash delivery person. The driver says mam I'm sorry to tell you but while we waited in line to pick up your food in the drive thru we saw employees walking out of the restaurant and they had turned off all of the lights. They were scheduled to close at 10pm. Our food was to be delivered by 9:10pm. The delivery person called me at 8:50pm. My children were crushed. All of our money goes to the hotel or my expensive prescriptions. I was sent a very good coupon by Boston Market in my email it was an affordable treat for our kids to have a hot healthy meal. Here we are on December 4th and I can't seem to get a refund as of yet. The General Manager is contradicting himself each time I speak with him. Boston Market let so many families down on Thanksgiving Day. Now they're giving me the run around on our refund. December 1st and counting trying to get our refund back. Beware of this Boston Market location. I'm hoping that the Area Director will see this and please contact me asap. M. Anderson and family
Always consistent. In my opinion, BM has the best fast food available. So much better than the burger joints at pretty much the same price. This particular location feels a little worn down to me, but it's clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. I keep going in there really close to closing time due to my work schedule and they are always kind, friendly and courteous even though they've already gotten halfway through the nightly cleanup by the time I usually get there. It's only the "tired" surroundings that keeps me from rating a full 5 stars.
The lady JAQUELINE at the window was very rude. She had an attitude with me bc I was trying to figure out what I wanted to eat at the drive thru. I was only there for not even a min trying to decide what I wanted so she rushed me and and for loud. Very rude makes your location look bad !!!!
