For me the mashed potatoes n gravy was the best thing there. I'd go back but just for the potatoes.

After reading recent reviews, we were a little skeptical to try out this Boston Market. I gotta say the Meatloaf was really good and fresh as was the Mac and Cheese. However the creamed spinach was a little dry, maybe overcooked or leftover lol. Overall, I was happy with my meal. My girl got a 1/4 chicken meal(not pictured) and she really liked it a lot so this was a pretty positive experience. Thank you!

Twice in 6 months this store has taken my order and money online, only for me to show up to a closed store. Do not order online from this location unless you like disappointment for dinner.
Decided on a quick meal. My wife said well at least Bostons Market will be healthier than a burger. I said I’m in let’s give it a shot. The food was dead and obviously had been out all day. I ordered meatloaf and it was obviously dead food. Within 1/2 hour my stomach went nuts. I had cramping pains and well you know. I was in the bathroom off and on the rest of the night. Thank god for pepto. It was all ate all day so I can with full confidence say it was their food. Disgusting- I will never be back!! Should have know when we walked in nobody there and staff just sitting around on their phones. Parking lot was empty and so was the inside. Gee I wonder why-
I hate to write this, It is one of my favorite restaurants. I think this location needs to close. They never answer the phone and close at weird times. Sometimes they will have the door locked and make people order online. Not everyone has a phone.
In general Boston Market as a chain has gone down over the years. This location is no exception. They were out of quite a few sides, and the ones we received were barely warm/borderline cold. The line moved at a snails pace and there were only 2 people in front of us.
Went to this location this afternoon (10/10/21) and will never go back. They only had a few sides to choose from. We got to the checkout and they said they were out of cornbread (that is part of the meal). We had ordered 3 meals, so I asked her if we could substitute something. She said “no” because the cornbread is technically free. Come on. You know as well as I do that the cost of the cornbread is included in the meal. They had “out of order” on 5 different of the fountain drinks. After beginning my meal, I found that the new potatoes were extremely hard. I went up to switch it out for sweet potatoes. She told me it would be 60 cents more since sweet potatoes cost more. I told her that since we were missing 3 pieces of cornbread, we could probably just call it even. She again told me that the cornbread was free. She did go and get potatoes out of a new batch, and those were slightly better. We have been going to this location for over 20 years….and today was our last visit. Doesn’t help that the sanitation grade is 90.5. We have given them a chance and they failed us miserably. Goodbye, Boston Market! (At least this location!)
Meatloaf was so good! Staff were very polite and cordial.
