The drive through is ALWAYS packed. But I do believe they are doing their best. Their parking lot contributes to most of the issues with the drive through.I went in side for my most recent trip, and they are streamlined and efficient! Everyone is working hard to get you your food as fast as possible.Just an FYI, this location does not show up on their App.
First thing was, it was 5:30pm, remember the timeI went to the drive through and didn't even speak yet but the lady on the speaker said did I order sausage biscuits.I said mam, I did say a thing. She said I heard sausage biscuits. I made my order of 4 drumsticks, and a Large dirty rice.After what felt like 15mins. I finally pulled up to the window, passed my card for payment then the lady asked if I wanted hot sauce and I said yes, received my order. I placed it on the seat of the card then drove back to my truck to eat. There was no hot sauce, salt and pepper and most importantly no fork. The chicken was smaller then nuggets, and the dirty rice was actually just a lil dusty. Neither of what I ordered had any flavor. matter of fact I wish I could share pics because the dirty rice I get in VA. doesn't have gravy. This whatever it is was watered down. I contacted the manager to see what kind of policy was it to order food just to look at. He asked what did I mean. I said no utensils or sauces I asked for were in the bag. He offered to refund me but I think it just better to stay away.
Bojangles is always good but this location is even better! Staff always go above and beyond, fast, friendly, efficient and if for some reason there is a mistake with the order they solve the issue in a timely manner. This is our favorite location for sure!
The food tasted like it had been reheated. Nothing was fresh except maybe the tea. We worked out way through it but it was quite the disappointment. The drive through crew was very friendly though. So I'll give an extra star for them.
The manager treated me with a free meal after I tried purchasing with my bank card to find out I didn't have enough money ? on my card to pay thanks again May God in Christ Jesus bless you all amen
So Good!!! Generous staff. If you received a smaller them normal poece they will flip you an extra one apon asking.
I bought a 12 piece box. I was very, very.......disappointed. When I got home and unpacked the chicken it was not looking freshly cooked. One piece of breast in particular was burned. Spent all this money to eat stale overcooked chicken.
They have family box meals! Meals that can feed the whole family! All six of us can eat a family meal! It's such a great deal!
The food was decent and service was ok.
