I give 5 stars as a fast food place of relative quality. The food is consistently good taste and freshness. I can count on them when having to do fast food.
I was disappointed when l visited this Bojangles yesterday. I gave it five stars in the previous but now dropped my stars. It use to be a very good place to eat. It doesn't meet my expectations lately. Chickens in bones is now smaller barely have meat on it. What use to be one big chicken is now cut into three pieces. Big rip off. Its all crusty flour fills. Chicken doesn't look fresh or tasted fresh. It looks like a left over that was tossed inside the fryer. Never use to be the type of person that make complaints . But this have me changed my mind from going to this Bojangles ever again. Very disappointed.
Definitely not a 4.2 star location. Employees sounded like they were all still in training, chicken supremes tasted old, mashed potatoes were lukewarm. This is a 3 star location at best
Drive through visit - Intercom clear, loud, and staffed with attentive employee. Cleared several cars in front of me, and myself in under 4 minutes. Drive through order was hot and most importantly, complete. Great Job staff, and Mgmt!
Went thru drive thru for 2 ham biscuits and 2 grilled chicken sandwichs. Had to go back, wait in the inside line for 20 minutes because no ham in the biscuit. Then, got home and the chicken was raw!! Not going back there.
The customer service here was great the food was fresh and it was delicious you could never go wrong with Bojangles.

Super fast to use the drive thru. Bojangles really has it down to a science. Even with a bunch of cars in line the line went quick. Should've opted for a soda though, as the tea had no flavor. I know, I know, that is probably blasphemy, but I just don't dig Bojangles' tea. The chicken sandwich and seasoned fries were spit on though. So good! Great Bojangles location and super convenient.
I absolutely love their Cajun Chicken Biscuits! I just wish they would start opening places in Oklahoma! : )
I've been going to this location since it opened so I care about this place.This location is getting REALLY inconsistent. Supremes are overcooked and dry, staff doesn't give you honey mustard or ask what sauce you want, chicken is sometimes older... The food is generally on the more okay side but the staff need to be trained better when it comes to the small things. Anyone who loves Bojangles knows if you don't have the honey mustard, your meal is ruined.Management—please tighten up the quality control and training. I'd HATE to have to go farther for Bojangles.
