This bojangles is great. The drive-thru is always busy so if you are in a hurry, it is best to park and then walk in to order. You will be done a lot quicker than waiting in the drive thru. Either way, they always have great customer service and they keep their dining room and bathrooms pretty clean. There is always a worker in the dining room. I’ve been reading their reviews and a lot of people have one bad experience and give restaurants a bad review when most of the time, it is not a bad restaurant at all. This Bojangles is awesome and I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience! Thanks team!
Line was long as we expected it to be, so we went inside on a Sunday morning. Super friendly and helpful staff,, patient while we made up our minds, and the food was next level good. "Slap your mama good, as my wife said it ☺️ ". Team even offered to make a biscuit fresh if it wasn't hot enough. Every little thing was just perfect. Thanks a bunch.
In line for for five minutes and realized that no one was going to tend to me. Got here at 10:25pm and no one answered the drive thru. When I went to the window someone was there just didn’t want to work I guess. There were four other cars in total.
It's chicken, a biscuit and some fries. No such thing as fast food but if you're willing to wait and you don't mind half cold fries then...
I love this bojangles for many reasons ! For one their food is delicious and always cooked to perfection . Secondly , they are very fast at getting your food to you quickly :) The employees are always super polite and very accommodating ! Now we are all human so as a human we are bound to mess up sometimes (rarely though in bojangles case) but with bojangles that is not a problem in the slightest !
This will be the last time I visit this location. I visit this location often because it is on my way home from work. It seems like everytime there is an issue. Either they get my order wrong, I have to wait forever to get my food, or the staff has a bad attitude. This time they couldn't even bother to make sure the lid on my cup was secure and it made a mess in my car. They need new manage. I am fed up with this location and will opt to take my business elsewhere.
Poor service they don't describes that one star.. I came there to see how they treat there customers. Kids horse playing while working giving out the wrong order. Missing up order. I don't think they were probably train on customer service because they was rude.
Food is fine, and what you'd expect from Bojangles. This location, however, has a pretty bad track record for getting orders correct. Currently I can say I've gotten my food correctly about 45% of the time. If it continues I may stop coming to this location.
The food was fresh, hot and probably the best bojangles that I have had. They had just enough season on the fries and they were hot. They did not dump the salt shaker like most bojangles. Excellent and I will drive the distance to go back. YES...the line was long and well worth it
Ok, for those who don't know, this is a place that sells fried checken. I say that to tell you THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN!!They were still open selling rice, beans, fries, sweet tea and everything else. I asked about the chicken sellout and was told by the manager, "It happens because of the boats in the ocean and the covid".REALLY?!? Bojangles get their chicken from China!?! That's doing to much. I'm going to popeye's from now on.
