The young lightskinned man in the drive thru with the dreads was excellent with his customer service and the food was ggreat! I'm describing him in hopes that someone from the managerial team would see this he deserves more!!!
The eggs were fresh; the biscuit yum; the honey excellent and the coffee better than we've ever had anywhere. The extra biscuit though, was dry. Will return if we're ever in Durham again
Order the steak and egg got to work open it up and it's a bacon egg and cheese this is about the fourth time they have screwed my order up so I will be not be going back to biscuitville
Why is the dining closed at 11am? All doors locked? This place used to be good. Has gone downhill since covid. Very disappointed. Been waiting in the drive thru for awhile now for one simple combo. Another failed location of a good franchise.
Great food but extremely slow service. I have been in drive thru for 30mins and the location is not feasible to pull out of drive thru once u are in it!!! I suggest you go inside if you go to this location but even with that don't park by the door or you will be trapped by the drive thru line. Again great food...bad location. I guess this is what I get and now late for church on a rainy Sunday.
On February 20th my friend and I decided to have breakfast at this location and we sat in a very long line with hopes of having a enjoyable breakfast but when we finally ordered our food the menu was false advertised and when we received our food it was dry and not fresh at all. The whole experience at this biscuitville location was very unpleasant and I will not recommend eating here.
This place is literally Covid infested , and sick operators touch y’all’s food and even more. That’s the reason I stopped working not to mention most of the people there have attitudes. People are managers that shouldn’t be managers .also they was overworking a pregnant woman, had her damn near faint. People come here off of all types of OTC acting all belligerent and dumbfounded. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Great pancakes nice option of turkey sausage overall a solid breakfast in the hash browns are pretty good as well..
waited in drive through for 30 minutes and never got within 5 cars of ordering before giving up. I understand being short staffed, I get it but this was insane. line would not move for 15 minutes at a time. Dining room was closed too so that wasn’t impacting. won’t bother trying this location again.
More staff and open dinning .
