Birrieria El Patron 323 is a nice new restaurant on Hillsborough street, offering tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and, of course, birria tacos. The service is fantastic and the interior is attractive and pleasant to eat in. I ordered the birria queso tacos which came out quickly and were in the traditional style. I enjoyed the tacos and I am excited to see this restaurant develop and grow further!

Omg. Fresh & good!! I don't normally eat corn tortillas but theirs are made fresh & so good. We tried a few things & everything fresh & good portion sizes. Even have cokes imported & made with sugar cane! Delicious ? Definitely worth it & oh prices are decent as well. Can eat in or out at picnic tables. Job well ? done!

Hands down our favorite tacos in the triangle area! The flavor is amazing, and they give you a cup of broth that just makes it even better.

The tacos had good flavor and I really liked the Queso Birria. Their Queso Birria is so cheesy and juicy! They also have a variety of aguas frescas that change daily and are so refreshing!

Delicious and consistent quality. Im literally there every weekend

The best queso tacos!!! I’m addicted. I drive 30 minutes to pick them up

Crunchy Birria tacos with consommé and chili de arbol to kick it up the heat a notch. This place is legit amazing. The Hibiscus tea is outstanding as well!I’d give ten stars if I could!

Oh my gosh! We moved here from San Diego in March and have been dying to find good tacos. We’ve tried several recommendations and they fell flat. But here, the Quesabirria tacos were absolutely to die for. I was craving them after I finished them lol! Will be back and might have to make this weekly lol! Also loved the Jamaica agua fresca

I was excited to try birrieria tacos for the first time. Pulling into the lot I was pleasantly surprised to find a plethora of other Hispanic businesses. The food truck had a line of people but it moved quickly. I was with a party of four, so we decided to order the party platter. I forget how many exactly, but it was around 12 beef and 12 beef with cheese. We waited about 25 minutes and luckily one of the three outdoor make shift tables next to the truck opened up.Tacos were a little soggy, not as crispy and well cooked as what I’ve seen from other places. The cheese tacos are definitely a lot better. The consommé was really water downed and didn’t have much flavor. Now that I’ve found other places that serve birrieria tacos I will not be returning here.
