We came in after the soccer tournament this weekend and what a terrible experience. We brought 14 girls with families to enjoy ice cream post game and the staff was rude and quick to rush us out of the lobby. One staff member even told a parent to “get out”. Will NEVER come back. Franchise owner should be ashamed.
Doors locked at 7 even though hours say “open until 8”.
Called 4 or 5 times to find out if they are open on multiple days and never answered the phone once.
Love this place and there are some hard working individuals, great customer service. Love the 2 new Holiday flavors!!!
You can't taste new flavors they won't let you. Also they were very slow at helping their customers. I was forced to bag my own ice cream. They were rude! Not alot of flavors of ice cream at all. I won't go back!
Love it... smaller selections, but still good and convenient.
Ordered a birthday cake to be picked up at the location, their hours on the door don't match the website or google. All three are different. So of course I ended up wasting my time the first time I went to pick up the cake. The next day I went and I waited for a while for someone to help me. There was a girl on her phone that couldn't even do her job without texting. she was leaning over the side counter texting ignoring the fact that someone was at the counter needing assistance. I watched her go make a coffee drink and text in between steps. Two other people saw me standing there and just walked away. Finally one of the employees came up and asked me what I wanted. I told them I needed to pick up a cake and he pointed at the cooler and was like one of those I said yes I ordered a cake. His response was well do you have a receipt or a name or something. I answered it with the name it was under. He left and came back and merely gestured that someone was I guess working on it. I am over dealing with Baskin Robbins. I hope the cake is worth it. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
I’ve gone here 3 or four times and never had a good experience. Half the time they are closed early when it says they close at 11 online. Once I asked for a chocolate milkshake and they didn’t have any chocolate ice cream. Tonight I went for another milkshake and waited 5 minutes at the ordering speaker only for them to tell me they can’t make milkshakes because they’re cleaning the blender?
I am so confused about the real hours here. Sometimes they close at 8 or 8:30 or 9? I don’t get it.
this is the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. the very first time i went, the lady who took my order made my first drink & told me she was gonna take a break. after 10mins of waiting, she realized she had forgotten to finish my order. i was almost late to my job, thanks to her.my second experience i ordered off of doordash. i ordered my food ($30 worth) & waited at least thirty minutes before notifying my doordasher. they messaged me back saying that my order had already been picked up — while part of the blame falls on doordash, why would they give my order to someone who wasn’t supposed to get it. i canceled the order & went to order again but doordash told me it was closed — as to if they actually closed or if the app glitched, i don’t know.i waited more & doordash said they were opened again. i ordered the same thing as before (two iced coffees, one box of 25 munchkins, two bacon bits, two hash browns & two sandwiches). when the order came it was wrong. i had received my coffee, hash browns (which were both burnt & cold…??), munchkins — but i received two instead of one — & four sandwiches. they completely left off the bacon & the two of the four sandwiches were wrong. they were supposed to have american cheese but instead had white cheddar. the sandwiches also tasted freezer burnt or old?i don’t recommend coming here, this is the worst experience i have ever had. do NOT come here.
