This was the nicest Baskin Robbins I have visited recently. The two men running the shop were friendly, plus the place was clean and cheerful. When I am back in Raleigh, I will definitely return!
So rude! I cannot even tell you how rude! We were going for ice cream and asked if we were able to order baskin robins through the drive thru line. He started off with just a very curt yes. Then when we ordered a banana split he said he couldn’t so that. (Which was fine), so we went off the online menu and ordered a cookie dough sundae (which he had us repeatedly tell him) he then switched off the mic and was dead silent for a good 10 mins (we debated going somewhere else at this point) when he finally came back he had us repeat the order multi times. When we got to the window he couldn’t remember the ice cream or what we wanted for toppings or anything about our order. All the while being rude about it all. At one point he even said they don’t make that dish (which was cookie dough ice cream and hot fudge) After being so rude and curt with us multiple times we asked for a refund (before even getting our food) and he threw our refund receipt and everything back at me in the window. I can tell he was having a bad night but it wasn’t even that busy with just one other car behind us and one other person in the store. No reason to treat a potential customer the way he did. I can honestly say it’s the last time I visit that store. And his poor coworker, he kept yelling at him too. Sir in the red shirt whoever you are, I hope you know that bad manners and attitudes will come back at you eventually.
It's Friday night and I showed up at 9:30 pm and I found them closed 30 minutes early. Mopping the floors with the door locked. Thankfully I remembered Two Roosters right down the road. First time there and their ice cream was delicious. Just a little pricy with a limited hipster menu. Anyway, I'm still disappointed I didn't get my pistachio almond milkshake. Hours posted online should be accurate.
It says close at 10 i drove 1 hr get there at 9 and it was close how hard is update the hours
aye, do not go here. I ordered 3 scoops of cookie dough ice cream and chocolate ice cream with caramel. Didnt even get the first one for 10 min. then said they was out of cookie dough 15 min later. ordered chocolate with fudge on top and there was peanuts and peanut butter under everything. if you are allergic to anything, dont come to this sorry excuse of a restaurant.
There was no costumers in the store, I waited at the drive through and no answer. I drove up to the window and one of the employees looked at me in the eye then ran away to hide. Half the time they are out of ice cream.
Good ice cream. Will be back!
This is the worst made reese's peanut butter cup sundae. Looks nothing like the picture on the menu. It's not worth $7. There's nothing premium about it. Very disappointed.
