Terrible customer service and rude employees . Came in at 8:30 (they close at 9:00), the employees were helping another customer in the store and after they left the workers walked to the back after we’ve been waiting to be helped. All we wanted was a scoop of ice cream and they said sorry we’re closed after us standing there waiting. We left with no ice cream and after I told the two guys that they could have told us they were closed they proceeded to say that “they did not care”. Most definitely calling corporate. Worst service ever. These reviews are too consistent with lack of customer service. As a business owner myself, I’d never treat my customers like that. They need new staff asap.
Who ever worked night shift on 2-17-22 were not doing their jobs. You could see them inside during opening hour but locked the doors and wouldn't answer the drive thru. I will be calling corporate about this and morning manager aswell

The Holiday Blended Coffee is not for the holidays? It tastes regular. Please don't purchase. I went back to argue my point. They gave me a small cup sample and it was nothing different about the taste. Holiday Blend. Molasses and fried fruit taste. Stop it.
Staff can be mean, I try to be nice especially to anyone in the food industry, but even trying to be polite the staff seemed to have something out for every customer that came in. Besides that donuts are always bussin

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but went at 12:45am and NO ONE was there!!!
