I went in with my daughter today, and she wanted to have donut holes and a custard filled donut. The lady knew that she wanted a glazed custard because she pointed at the ones she wanted, but gave her a chocolate custard filled instead. She came up to me and said that she didn’t get the one she bought, and I became quite upset. I told her to go back and ask for the one she actually wanted for the one the lady gave to her. She came back to me saying that they don’t allow refunds. I understand they don’t allow refunds but my daughter is only 9 years old. She is only a child, and the lady should have asked her which one she wanted instead of giving something random. So I went in with her and I asked her if I could please get the one my daughter actually asked for, and yet again showed me the no refunds sign. Then she started an argument with me by starting off saying she didn’t ask for one she wanted and I was very aware that my daughter asked for what she wanted. I just sparked at the end telling her if I can get the donut my daughter wanted AND payed for, and in the end giving me it saying she doesn’t want us coming back ever again. This was not a good first impression of her. This was a really bad experience, never coming back.
This was my 2nd purchasing donuts from here. They are now one of my favorite donut shops. The crueller is a must try, it's so light, airy and it's not overly sweet like other donuts that I've had.
I find out this donuts shop on line. It is small place, but they are so good. You should go there early. Choice get smaller at later day. If you are the donuts lover, you must try this place. Take out only. You will not regret trying them. Or you might, end up gaining some pounds.

I saw a fly buzzing around in the case with the donuts and I asked the staff where they had their NC Sanitation Score and Letter Grade (required by law) she first acted oblivious to the fact that it’s required by law in all restaurants in NC. She then acknowledged that restaurants do have to have it but told me that it was none of my business anyway. I was shocked at the attitude I caught from this saleswoman OVER DONUTS. They must be doing a lot wrong to be so private over a sanitation score in a donut shop. I will definitely be taking my business to Duck Donuts for a cleaner and friendlier experience!

My brother got me some cake donuts from there yesterday because I love cake donuts and that's his favorite place to get donuts. I tried one yesterday and it was awesome. I wouldn't recommend bakers doesn't donuts to all of my friends and family and anybody who asked me where a good place to get donuts is.
Good homemade donuts have to make a special trip just to get some
Donuts are fine but certainly not worth $2 for regular donuts. Got 6 donuts(regular, not special or filled) for $12. She didn’t give receipt either. I’ll go back to Dunkin, same donuts and reasonable prices.
I'm so glad I decided to try this place. Their donuts are always so soft. My coworkers and I love them! The staff has been friendly to me every time I visit. M
Do yourself a favor, get an apple fritter for the ride home. Cinnamon rolls are awesome too. Doughnuts are traditional flavors/ styles at a good price.
