We celebrated our anniversary with a trip to Raleigh and we always love having dinner at Bahama Breeze while weâre there. This time it did not disappoint. The coconut pineapple martini is perfect and the jerk shrimp pineapple bowl was to die for. Made us feel like we were back in Jamaica if only for a couple of hours. We had terrific service as well. It was a wonderful evening on all counts.
The food was ok for a chain restaurant whose laminated menus has a distinct Dennys vibe to it.
The food was OK, but not great. On the other hand, I found the service average to poor, the place noisy, and the tabletop electronic menu/ordering device noisy, intrusive and distracting, as well as pretty useless.
Great waiter! He took care of us and was always prompt and attentive to us. He values guests and was very cheerful. We enjoyed our meals as well as the area where we seated. Highly recommended!
The food was outstanding! The service was great! The ambience was super!
Good place to eat. Food service ambience interesting decor. Would go back again. Unique
This place was extremely busy. MAKE RESERVATIONS!! The atmosphere was nice, clean, inviting and chill. The drinks were definitely not lacking on the alcohol nor were the overly sweet. We got jerk wings and beef empanadas and we not disappointed. The beef empanada was buttery and flaky. The jerk wings were taken to the next level after pouring the sauce on them but they were good regardless. We see why they were so busy.
Great waitress, great food, good time
This is such a great place. The food is amazing as well as the specialty drinks. Our server was friendly. The restaurant was clean. Went for lunch. Definitely recommend it. They have something for everyone.
Very courteous wait staff. Drinks came fast and were tasty. It wasn't too expensive. The place is beautiful!! I had the jerked shrimp pasta. My fiancé had the jerked chicken pasta. My niece had Cajun chicken and yellow rice with broccoli. Everything looked and smelled great. Could've been hotter but flavors were good. I was hoping for rasta pasta but this was a very commercial version. Very mild and peppery but lacking heat. It was cooked well but came out so fast that I believe everything may be pre-packaged and and precooked. Drinks came out in less than 5 minutes and food was at the table in less than 15. Nonetheless it was pretty good. I would give them another try.
