Ordered a smokehouse burger, with 2 patties cooked medium rare, with a side of mac n cheese. Upon arrival, what I received was a burger with one single patty, that was (barely) cooked blue rare. It was still cool in the center and was falling apart. Tried my best to eat it, but it just wasn’t edible. The potato chips were a bit over cooked, which gave them a bitter aftertaste as well, but I’m not going to make a fuss about that…mistakes happen. But it’s upsetting that a restaurant would send out food that was inedible like this, especially seeing that I paid nearly $21 for this! And for the mac n cheese…it never came!
Waited over 45 minutes from my food and my Salmon Burger was lukewarm at best and my House Potato Chips were cold & limp!!! SMH This was the worst I’ve had here! The waitresses were all just standing in the kitchen area I guess waiting on the orders. It wasn’t even as busy as it’s been before but kitchen was terrible!!
So I'll start out by saying that I stared my career in the Restaurant/ Food & Beverage industry with 20 years experience as a Waiter, Line Cook, Bar Tender, classically trained Su Chef as well as FOH and BOH Manager...With that said, I have gotten take-out and dined in at Bad Daddy's several times and have never been disappointed! I typically take clients and friends here, and they have always had great things to say as well.I just went here for dinner the other evening and I will say our waitress was very attentive at the start but she knew absolutely nothing about the menu, food, beverages, beer, etc. and it was a little disappointing that the management team would allow people who don't have a clue about their menu and restaurant to wait tables.I know anytime I worked in a restaurant, we had to take tests regarding menus (we would literally have to know all the food by heart, all beer on tap, in bottle or can, every bottle of wine sometimes upwards of 75 bottles, and were tested daily on the daily specials menu for every shift we worked) steps of service, etc. It seems to be a lost art..My party was there over 2.5 hours, and after the waitress dropped the tab, we never saw her again, which is unacceptable. You never leave a table unattended, even if you drop a check.. Especially someone who spent $150 for three people. What if we actually had decided to stay a little longer and have a couple more beers? What if someone was drinking water and needed a refill?At any rate, we still had a great meal (as you can see from the picture) and will be back.
I know this is going to sound crazy. I ate there yesterday with my fiancé and ordered onion rings as an appetizer, he got A pastrami burger, and I got the mushroom burger. We didn't eat all of it yesterday so we took it home and today about 10 minutes ago I was eating the rest of it and took a bite out of my burger and bit down and felt a hard flat piece in my mouth that freaked me out and hurt so I took it out and it looks like it's the best buy clamp used for the buns!!!! We have never had a bad customer service experience here or any issues with their food but this was disgusting
Very good dinner. I had the Smokehouse Burger and was pleasantly surprised at the balance of flavors. I could distinctly taste the burger, BBQ pork, cheese and onion straws in each and every bite.
First off, it's crucial, even at a really good restaurant that the wait staff is at least tentative. They were awesome here! Second, delicious hamburger cooked perfectly! I highly recommend this place. Dining area is comfortable. Not too much noise with the acoustics of a high ceiling. I can't say anything bad about Bad Daddy's burgers.
Never have I had to wait so long here so I’m guessing this visit was a fluke. Food, however, was as good as always. Burgers are always the highlight here, but their fried pickles were delicious and they always come out crispy and hot. The fries were the same, and having a weird request didn’t seem to throw the kitchen off at all. They were able to put the right toppings on and clearly cook each one to order. The servers followed guidelines for Covid which isn’t always a given. Although it took a while to get my food, it wasn’t cold either. Thanks as always Bad Daddies staff!
We started out with the Amber Ale Queso and Chips! The Queso was a bit spicy but very good! I had a Trophy Wife IPA to put out the fire in my mouth! I ordered a Bistro Burger without bacon with hand cut fries! I wasn’t crazy about the sauce that came with the burger so I had them bring me some ranch dressing! On a scale of 5.0 I gave this burger a 3.75 because it was a bit dry and needed more toppings after not having bacon on it. My wife said her CYO salad was good and was a very nice portion for a small salad! We’ll come back and I will try a different burger next time!

The burger was cooked just the way I requested and was thick and juicy! One of the best burgers that I have ever tasted. I will definitely be coming back again.
