My family and I enjoyed lunch at this Applebee's recently. We had the chips / queso starter, the grilled chicken, chicken tenders, Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, and Kids Chicken Tenders with yogurt. Everything was spot-on delicious! The server was attentive to all of our customizations. We commented that our service was some of the best we had received in a long time. Location was very clean with clean restrooms. They were very accommodating with one member of our party who is handicapped. My kid loved their food and went after it more than at other places, and enjoyed the coloring sheet. We said to each other we would have to start going to Applebee's more often.
Food was cold service was the worst waiters with the worst attitude nobody smile they look like they were working in a hell place it gave the worst negatively experience its a shame dnt recommend it to nobody at all
Worst Applebees I have ever been too, ordered from bar none. The customer service terrible along with the food quality.
We ordered the bowls we saw on TV and on the menu. Our food looks nothing like it..
Very very goodService was great even though they are short staffed. Server was close by but did not hover. Food was very great. Cooked enough but not overdone. Arrived at our table hot but not exclusively so.Overall a very pleasant experience.
Wednesday 3/23 3pm- 6pmThe serving staff was slow and not knowledgeable of the menu.My steak was over- cooked twice. The manager on duty who cooked the steak didn't know the difference between a med-rare temp vs a med-well temp.The manager offered something else on the menu. I refused because I wanted a mid rare steak.My wife and I paid our beverage bill and decided to dine somewhere else with better customer service.We will not return to this location!!
Always a problem at the B's! I understand about being short staffed all too well. (Our waitress was also the host) But when you pick up your salad plate and what appears to be raw fish is attached to it, there's no excuse. It turned out to be a very thin slice strawberry, so no one got sick. We still tipped the waitress well, they had her running from the hostess stand by the door to her work section in the far back corner. They need a better logistic plan.
I did not get what I ordered. Waited 20 minutes for a table and another 15 minutes to see a server. I commend the host for attempting to seat tables at a pace that would not overwhelm servers.
Food was great but the service was a little off. At least the lady we had was. The greeter was fantastic, really nice and friendly. But the food was good, place was clean, bathrooms clean so I would recommend this place!
We visited Applebee’s - Target Circle location on Christmas Eve and had the server name (Taylor W.). She was awesome! She had a great attitude even though she had to work so late. She came by to check on us a couple of times and always there to provide us with whatever we needed. After dealing with bad customer service that day at retail stores it was refreshing to grab a bite to eat and meet Taylor.
