The Bourbon Steak and Shrimp meal was highly satisfying and cooked to perfection!! Also, the sweet tea was delicious!!! The manager and bar tender were great company. They actually cheered me up from having a hard day concerning a family situation. Their kindness and concerned courtesy was the thing I needed to brighten my day. Thanks Girls!!!
I ordered the quesadilla burger to go and the tortilla shell wasn’t toasted at all therefore causing it to be very soggy and was falling apart when I took it out of the plate. I love that dish and will never order from that location again!!!
My family and I live across town and stopped here to get dinner got all the way home placed food on the table and realized that we had five orders and none of them had their sides. So I called Applebee's and told them what I was missing drove back out there the next day and was refunded my money for the missing food items and for my troubles the Manager that was on duty gave me a discount coupon for my next visit which was greatly appreciated. I just wanted to say Thank you to Ray for making things right and keeping my family as loyal customers!!
Had a 30 minute wait while half of the entire restaurant was empty. Hostess let several people line-jump while we watched and then they sat us in a booth that was empty from the start. Would recommend just ordering delivery in their parking lot since it’ll get their faster.
Bartender was very friendly but he needs more variety of liquors to work with. We got appetizers as dinners and some of them were delicious and others not so much.
Ordered dinner online for 3 people. Automated assistant took the order. Asked for curbside service. Waiting for 10 minutes at curbside service, then went inside. Was told they had only one server and one manager working. Couldn't do curbside. Paid for food and was asked if I wanted my change back. I said yes. Had planned to give a big tip, but the service was not good. Had to go back inside to get utensils. Get back to hotel, the ordet was incomplete. I was too tired to deal wth this Applebees again. Will not use them agsin.
Friday 3/4/22 my experience was horrid. The bar server/guy was rude & obnoxious even asking him to lay off. He needs to be fired because when people come out they want a friendly atmosphere.They want great service.Applebees had none of these qualities.Lost my business!!!I left
What a disappoint. Haven't been to an Applebees in years but those feel good adverts got me wanting to take the family (and coz it's less than a mile from our house) but it's a mess here. Don't waste your time. Food is fine and decent kid meal offerings but the service is atrocious. Took over an hour to get our food (people came and left) and then the kids wanted the Oreo shakes but 10 mins later they said they were out(!) so we ordered the smoothies but after 25 mins had to give up and leave without them. Management had nothing to say. Oh and someone needs to tell the Barman after two years of a pandemic that the mask goes over your nose and mouth. 2.5 hours at Applebees I'll never get back or the $ for the smoothies.
We came here for lunch at 11:30am on a sunday the place was pretty much empty, but it was terrible! They brought us cold coffee which was then taken back and freshly brewed but we had had to wait 30 min for alfredo chicken and salmon which was served barely warm.. the lady who served us was nice but something about their kitchen service is terribly wrong.. Waiting for 30min only to eat barely warm food was just a waste of time and money..
This is mainly about how unprofessional a server Trish is and her nasty attitude.We ordered carside pickup and sat there for 20 min. The place was not busy there were only a few tables. I watched Trish look at as several times and did nothing. I finally went in and she was on her phone most of the time. She had the worst attitude when she greeted me and clicked her tongue in annoyance when I told her my name on my order. After that she literally walked away to a table full of dishes and sat on her phone. Takisha had to come help me. They forgot one of my sides as well.
