One of the worst bagels I’ve ever had. Would rather have had a Thomas Bagel from the grocery store. Should be ashamed that they put “NY Bagel” in the name. New York does not claim this place.

We love this shop! Unique and fun bagels and of course the ones we all are used to. I recommend this shop to everyone! I swear their rainbow bagel is the best “plain” bagel I’ve ever had! To top it off they offer Lox Cream Cheese, Honey Almond cream cheese, &Honey Butter!!
Freshly made sandwiches! Bagels where fresh and not dry or hard at all. The staff was very friendly and price is decent
I have never come to this place and I don’t think I ever will.“Why?” you ask?Due to the responses of the reviews… from the management.People are entitled to post their experiences of their visits. Some will be great, some not-so-great.However, on the reviews that are not-so-great, the management responses are defensive, snarky, and just plain RUDE.Instead, maybe the management should be a bit more gracious and respectful that it may not have been a great experience for someone. It happens. Try being more sympathetic and encourage the customer to come back for another try and make it right for them.So, if I have to post here how the management of a small business should treat its customers, I am not coming here. Maybe if the reviews improve, I’ll consider it.

I've been going to NY bagel for quite a while and never had AMERICAN cheese products put on my sandwich.... WHY WOULD YOU EVER?So after buying a trashed bagel - looks like I'm headed out elsewhere.USDA strictly forbids selling American as "cheese" as it is NOT cheese. There's federal laws on this topic. Who orders a pastrami and American sandwich? What are you smoking in there? Will not return. Apologies to the owners just trying to make money off food but nope.
Always very friendly when I visit! Very convenient right by Waketech's campus. Bagels are top-notch and always great! Definitely worth stopping by for breakfast!
Was just alright. The breakfast pastrami had ONE TINY piece of pastrami that was kinda sad. Next time will just get the bagel and add my own pastrami. Bagel was tasty though could taste the meat...
Staff was nice but insisted that I had ordered bacon instead of the sausage that I ALWAYS order. I thought that after correcting this I would receive a sausage bagel but no. Would have been 5 stars had I received what I actually ordered
