I make the trip to Crabtree once a month for macarons. I love them. On this trip once I got home I noticed they looked old and cracked when I biy into it. I sent them an email asking for a credit and included pics. No reply. Then a couple days later I sent a message on FB messenger and still no reply. Very disappointed!!!!

Excellent experience overall. These are the best macarons I have ever had! Delicately rich and flavorful (and not sickeningly sweet like other macarons I’ve had)-I will be back for more soon! Impressive variety, too! I recommend the pistachio, my husband loved the chocolate, and the kids devoured the salted caramel, Nutella, and vanilla. Phenomenal customer service. I purchased a dozen and had a slight mishap—which was taken care of generously and professionally by the management. I wish nothing but success for this wonderful bakery. Can’t wait for my next round. ?

My review is specifically for SEAR'S FITNESS. I purchased an elliptical. One week later, it arrived, BUT the delivery guy told me that he thought I had a treadmill and he doesn't know how to install that type of machine. So he tried anyway. 25 minutes later, he said that he couldn't install it. So he told me to call customer service to send someone else. That's what I did.
